For creating a Revocable Living Trust, Christopher and his team were very knowledgeable. A very in depth questionnaire initially and then different drafts of the Trust as we fine tuned to my situation and needs. Quick replied to questions and covered things I hadn't even considered. We had a great experience with CMS law firm helping us get our will rewritten. We needed to make several changes as our will was about 30 years old. Christopher was great to work with. We were not always as speedy as we should have been getting back to him. He was very patient with us. We went through a couple of revisions of the wording. I had two charges that were a bit more serious than most misdemenors. I was nervous and had never dealt with court before. Chris eliminated mutliple court dates and cut straight to the point with prosecuters. He worked out the best deal possible for me that not only kept me out of jail but had me paying a few small fines and one of the two charges dropped!
