There was one minor issue--the crew didn't arrive on the originally scheduled day (we assumed it was due to thunderstorms), and no one reached out to confirm. When I approached him about it, he immediately got defensive saying I was wrong and that the incorrect tree was the tree he and my husband had discussed.
