They are very nonchalant and have messed up every transaction I have had with them. They screwed up my transition from another state and I went without insurance over the weekend after both I and the other agent called them numerous times to make the transition. I attempted to change beneficiaries (in person) and Devin did not follow the correct process -- I received a notice in the mail that the change was not complete and I had to fill out another form and take it to him. When reviewing my life policy, he could not explain the higher premium that I would have next year, but he did say I would not get a notice of it to change my payments - and thus default on the policy. He said he wrote down to call me, but in light of all the other mishaps, I'm not going to take that chance. I'm changing agents this week. Despite her huge billboards, Pam is not "here to make life go right".

A month later - no check, I left a message. His mother called - check's in the mail.
