I had to sit down to put on my pants every morning because I was unable to balance on one foot. This is my first experience with a personal trainer, I interviewed several others but was always intimidated by them. Skye immediately made me feel like she really was there to help me become a healthier me and make it fun while doing so. We discussed my limitations, what I wanted to improve on and we got to work right away. She tailored each workout to what I was able to do on that day and she made it fun and interesting. Laughter was always a part of the workout which made the time go by fast. Her constant encouragement made me work harder because she believed I could do it. I am so very happy with the results that I have obtained with her help over the last few months that I plan on continuing for as long as possible.
