The power washer embedded debris in my screens and siding and covered my windows in debris. He did nothing to protect my property - no drop cloths or siding, screen or window protection - and carelessly applied the stain so that stain spilled on my 3 year old concrete patio, landscape edging and river rocks. I have permanent stains on all those surfaces. It took over a month to do the work he said would take a week. He kept leaving to do other work. During the lengthy process he left debris, ladders and supplies strewn in the back of my house, without asking me. My expressed safety concern about someone using a ladder to access my second floor was ignored. The lengthy process also meant I could not use my deck or porch for a over a month.
