Though it took us almost three hours to get to Ocala, it was not within his control, but he tried his best to take an alternate route which likely got us there in more time than we would have if we had gone on the highway. Communication with Neil was difficult as he wanted flight numbers and other extraneous details. He called me the day before my ride seemingly confused and slurring. I was foolish to not immediately cancel and book Uber right then. Do not make the same mistake I did because it is just a matter of time before this man hurts someone. Neil forgot his credit card machine and had to manually enter my card while mumbling and cursing the whole time. Driving was initially spotty and made me really nervous right away. By Spring Hill he had me audibly gasping. He is not a safe driver. He missed a turn on Cortez and braked hard at a green then appeared to be considering a left from the center lane. The driving worsened as we continued. The lane indicator beeped incessantly as Neil crossed the yellow lane continuously. I was terrified. I texted my partner states away as I was anticipating being in an accident. By the time we got to Tampa International I was begging to be let out anywhere. Literally anywhere. Neil argued with me until I demanded to be let out. Now, hours later, I am sitting at my terminal being harassed by this man. He texted me to make excuses about his driving not long after I ran out of his car. I plan to contact the Citrus County Sheriff's Department as I now suspect that Neil was inebriated when he picked me up. Under no circumstances should you, or anyone you know, use this transportation service.
