She ended up calling Cynthia again to bring her to the grocery store and she was extremely helpful, even helped carry groceries to the room for her. I scheduled a pickup with the Cynthia about a week later when I came to visit, since she said the company offered baby car seats with the taxi service. She was on time to pick me up from the airport and even called me to find out where I was. The car seat was already installed and she was extremely friendly the entire way to the resort. I later found out that the original car seat in the office was unavailable so she ended up going to store to purchase the car seat for us before she picked us up from the airport. I was floored by how she went above and beyond the service of a usual taxi driver. I'll definitely be calling Cynthia again if I travel to Daytona Beach.

Out of 7 different St. Augustine/Daytona taxi companies that I contacted, theirs was the cheapest by a decent margin. Norma was kind and thorough. She looked up our flights and made sure we were leaving on time. Traffic was bad that day, so she called us, and sent the driver early so we'd make it to the airport on time. Peter picked us up at my in-laws, helped us load luggage, tried to make a little small talk, but then we lapsed into a comfortable silence. The car was clean, and smelled fine, no smoke or other weird odors. He dropped us off at the wrong check-in bay, but it wasn't a far walk. Overall, it was a safe, comfortable drive, for a lower than average price, and I ended up where I needed to be and on-time!

He said he would be about an half hour or so. We waited for about a hour and called him again, no answer. We tried a couple of times more, same result no answer and no reply from the messages we left. The bugger left us stranded on a street corner with no way to get back to our hotel, about a 25 minute drive, at 130 in the morning !! Do not trust this guy to be responsible.

I had to cut my trip short a full week for personal reasons. While I was in some chaos, Steve CALLED me personally, not just an email, and told me not to worry about the ride part; he cancelled the end trip, rescheduled it and even when my flight was delayed 3.5 hours, the driver John was right there to pick me up.
