We had nothing but excellent service! We were originally supposed to fly in on a Friday evening around 8 o'clock. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours. When we arrived to baggage claim in Orlando our driver, Kai was waiting for us. She helped us gather all of our luggage and escorted us very quickly to the SUV. The SUV was parked in a garage very close by. We made it to our hotel at Disney very quickly and safely. When returning back to the airport, we had a very early flight. Our driver picked us up at 5:30 AM. He even texted us when he arrived at the hotel so we knew what to look for when coming out of our hotel. He got us to the Orlando airport very quickly and safely! The communication was very clear and concise .The SUVs that we were driven in were very clean. We felt safe the entire time. The drivers were so kind to me and my family. It allowed my husband and I and our three daughters (ages 21,20 and 17) to have a wonderful beginning and end to our time away. Their service was exceptional. Great, high-end shuttle service... We used Orlando Transportation from Orlando Airport to Cocoa Beach and back to Orlando for a cruise we were going on... The owner (Sasha) is very friendly, ultra organized, and prompt. He contacts you multiple times to confirm pickup locations and times, and he is right on-time for all pickups. We got off the cruise ship early (afterwards) and Sasha actually changed around the schedule to scoop us up ahead of our pickup time. Excellent travel service...
