If I could leave 0 stars, I would. CNS is non-responsive and extremely uncaring. It's the worse! My daughter needed an infusion for an MS exacerbation. In order to speed up the process, my daughter called to set up her account and give them insurance info.. They told her not to call - that they would call her in 24-48 hours after they got prescription and then call to schedule when a nurse might be available, within 72 hours. When she tried to call again, the operator sent her to intake where no one answered and voicemail was full so you couldn't even leave a message. The nurse who is supposed to help my mom shower has been a no-show twice. They also won't answer their phone. Not happy with them at all.

We came in for our COVID19 vaccines and it was super easy, folks were so nice, and it appeared to be a safe and clean clinic!

I have been requested to receive daily care. I called them early in the morning and was told that the nurse would call me. By noon I called again and was transferred many times only to be told the same thing. I never heard back so I called again about 230 and I was told that if I haven't heard in two hours to call back. Every call is rediculas as they don't seem to know what to do. I called them two hours later and this time they told me I had to get a referral from my regular doctor. Why didn't they tell me that this morning when my doctor was still in. And now I have to wait days for treatment I need daily. This companies failures have put my life in danger. read more

Worst experience of my life! I was under home health care for a wound Vac . I needed changing of the wound. The lady that came in was older lady very nice but I felt she was lost!!! Also you don't take a alcohol wipe to an open wound and then over pack your wound so it causes it to bleed out and then I call the nurse line to let them know I'm bleeding out and they tell you (well I'll call your case worker) and, they never call you back so your rushed to the hospital and have to get stitches! Thank God I had my Best Friend who was a nurse for many many years with me at the time to care for me or who knows what would've happened to me all thanks to home health care! (CNS) It was a joke the way I was treated by this CNS in Salt Lake City So Unprofessional. I will never go with Home Health care again! Especially CNS! read more

They always showed up whenever with a little direction from me. It was like I was not in charge from day 1 They tried to make me feel like I was not in charge when I was the Patient!!! and that gave a sense of I was a not priority until they got to me. which in an emergency life or death situation is unacceptable which I did not have but plenty of other people depend on and priority and urgency are vital!!! In case of an emergency they recommended the E.R. if bad enough seems kinda pointless to have a Nurse if I just go to E.R. anyways I get that their job has restrictions but still. They also would not bring trash bags with them unless directed to. I am paying them for their care they should be prepared I can understand a few times but every time and they should dispose of their trash in a public trash can not make me as their patient do it for them! Maybe their job has restrictions but it bothered me to no end that they would not bring trash bags or dispose of their own trash and make me as their patient do it for them while billing me for care! Do NOT use this company for your life or health or loved ones life or health if you value your life or health or others! NEVER AGAIN! I had a leg injury I was being treated for by them They said I could have my leg Amputated which could've been a very true statement but sent me running to my Doctor! Today I have both my legs! Please do not use this company. My 90 year old father was under their hospice care. He was dying he started throwing up blood. We called their on call nurse and she said. "We have to struggle to get in this world. We have to struggle to get out of it. The morphine they gave us was not strong enough. We called 911 against their advice. He was admitted into Ogden regional hospital where he was made comfortable and given the correct dosage of drugs. He died a peacfull death without a single cough 12 hrs later. The icing on the cake is when a nurse came in and was embarassed to ask us how much we would be donating. However I will say the caseworker that came to visit over the weekend was kind and helpfull. I've worked in healthcare since I was 23 years old. Not once in all that time have I worked for a company I didn't believe in, until now. I know what patient care should be. There are standards. Unfortunately community nursing services uses the excuse of nonprofit to hold certain cares from their patients because of money. Not mention how they treat their employes read more

Used CNS during the first half of my second trimester during my pregnancy due to my HG and had nothing but problems. 1.Nurses are untrained and incompetent to place an IV line, wouldn't communicate the health plan or basic care instructions. blew all my veins in both arms leading to multiple trips to the ER. (cheaper then using their services by the way) almost always a different nurse showed up and never at a constant or convenient time. 2. Pharmacy made late deliverys (showed up at nearly midnight for one visit and a nurse having to leave to go pick up supplies for another. never supplied enough or correct IV kits. limited needles and no alcohol swabs. 3. Billing took months to receive the first bill and instantly threatened to go to collections. billed for visits that were not received. would not be available to answer phone calls or return calls when multiple messages have been left. 4. when calling to try to get any answers from their main phone line or any care from a Nurse. I was repeatedly hung up on and blamed for their incompetence and negligence. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

We were VERY DISAPPOINTED with our experience with CNS Hospice. As we researched different hospice companies we were very impressed by the services offered by CNS. As we met with the appointed social worker we set up to see the nurse 2 times weekly, CNA 3 times weekly, chaplain, harpist, someone to record my mom's personal history, and the social worker. The nurse came a few times, once when we were gone for 1 hour. She did not bother to leave a note nor tell the nurses at the care center. The CNA's at the care center continued to bathe her until we finally got a good CNA, neither the harpist nor the historian ever showed up!! After my mom passed away we did not hear from CNS. Protocol is that you hear within 24 hours. I called THEM a week later. I asked them to call my grieving father! AWFUL!!! NO SUPPORT SERVICES HAVE BEEN GIVEN!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I should have listened to others!!!!! read more
