They transported our guests from a hotel in Cooperstown and were even kind enough to arrange additional pickup and drop-off service for guests staying at a nearby Airbnb, which we really appreciated. We also wanted to be part of the fun, so we had the trolley pick us up at the venue the night before and bring us to and from our rehearsal dinner. It ended up being such a fun and memorable part of the weekend. Our guests absolutely loved the trolley ride -- on the way back to the hotel, everyone was singing along to music after the driver let them connect to the speaker system. It really added to the celebration and made the night even more memorable for everyone. Matt was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of once everything was finalized. On the wedding weekend itself, transportation ran smoothly and allowed our guests to fully enjoy the evening without worrying about driving. Hiring…read moretransportation can be OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive, and these guys were so well priced, and on top of that, so much more fun and unique than a bus or van set up! They came a very long way to service our party, and I'm so tremendously grateful. Our driver, Rob, was a mensch. He arrived early to get a lay of the land and figure out how he planned to navigate the roads in and out of our (very rural) venue. He picked up everyone on time and nobody showed up to our ceremony late! Then he hung out till we were ready to send people home, and was extremely kind to wait until we were sure we had collected all of our guests and left no one behind! It was such a fun option to bring our guests to and from the venue, and we are so beyond pleased that we went with Leatherstocking Trolly Company!

I hosted an afternoon Greenwich Village walking tour for client financial advisors prior to an…read moreevening event in lower Manhattan. The Street Teacher, Bill Goodhart, was exceptionally well-prepared for presenting current and historical facts about The Village, including significant events, unique architecture, famous residents and side bar items of interest. Bill's love of New York City and his unique "feel for place" made this tour a memorable experience for all of us. I highly recommend The Street Teacher for corporate functions and family outings alike. Bill's articulate, very well-educated style and wry sense of humor really humanized the tour and made everyone comfortable. He was very accessible to our questions and stimulated conversation among us. He ensured that he knew the "audience" in advance by prepping with me and even followed-up post-tour to ensure that we were satisfied, which we were. It actually exceeded our expectations. This is was a five-star experience which I plan on doing again with Bill in another area of NYC!
