We ordered takeout from Co.lectivo and it was some of the best pizza we've had! Everything was hot, fresh and super tasty. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the ambiance is cute and such a fun vibe for dinner. Only critique is we had to go in person to order the takeout rather than call because their phones weren't set up. I had the meatballs for appetizer and as main dish I had pepperoni honey and Boluda. The service was great as they were very attentive and everything was on point. I also had the cornbread dessert which was amazing. The ambiance was great as I was able to watch the FIFA World Cup game without any issues even when it went into overtime. We had a fantastic lunch after visiting the beach at Co.lectivo! I'm a little confused why this place has a 3.6 rating, everything was great! The atmosphere inside is very chill. Nice decor and a beautiful bar area. Ample seating both indoors and outdoors. The staff was a delight! Our waitress was super friendly and the bartender was happily singing to the music while walking around. We ordered 2 draft beers and 2 personal size pizzas. The personal size pizzas were pretty big! One plain cheese for the kids (but was delicious) and one white sauce pizza with chicken. Best pizza we've had in awhile. Despite some bad reviews, the pizza looked delicious and we wanted to give it a try. It was a busy Friday night but we were seated right away and given excellent service. We were checked on several times by a few different waiters, always making sure we were good. Our hot pepperoni was incredible. We've been to Italy and know good pizza, this pizza was GOOD! The crust was chewy on the edges and pizza had great flavor. Our other pizza was a little overcooked on the bottom but they made it right for us. We will be back! read more

What a gem we found while shopping in Rincon plaza. It's a no waste joint. They make pizza and mouth watering drinks from everything in the kitchen, nothing goes to waste. With their own organic garden the staff gets to play with all sorts of flavors. You can see the passion they put in their craft every time they explain the processes they use to create the drinks they offer. we got there and got added to the waitlist, and the lady said she would call us once a spot opened. spoiler alert--she didnt. we went back after about 30 minutes and waited there, and after standing for like 20 minutes we decided to ask, come to find out she had SKIPPED over us, and we couldve been sat down an HOUR earlier. well, once we did sit down, it took about 30 minutes for our server to take our drink orders. by this point its almost 9 pm, and we had been waiting for almost 2 hours. the server took our order, and we waited ANOTHER 30 or so minutes before even getting our DRINKS. Honestly the absolute worst experience I've ever had!!! Our server was awful. She took our order and never put it in. She then went on break and no one covered our table. She walked by our table during this time and when we stopped her to ask her about the service she said "I'm on break" and walked away. When we finally got someone to acknowledge our table they ensured our pizzas would be right out. This was about an hour after we had sat down. These pizzas take 90 seconds to make and 20 minutes later we were still waiting. Finally, after an hour and half total with the absolute worst service I've ever had we cancelled our order and told them we'd like to leave. They still tried to argue with us about the service. We paid for what we consumed and left. Mind you, while we sat through this awful experience we watched at least two other angry customers storm out of the restaurant. Fuimos tres personas con mucha intención de comer a Colectivo, nos anotaron en la lista y la hostess nos indica que tenemos 5 mesas antes que nosotros, la misma nos dice que me llama al teléfono tan pronto nos toque nuestro turno. Esperamos una hora y le volvemos a preguntar cuántas mesas faltan para la nuestra, la misma hostess nos indica que somos la próxima mesa. Miramos el papel donde estábamos anotados y vimos nuestro nombre tachado, pero pensamos que fue un error. Nos quedamos cerca esperando a que nos avisaran y vemos que se liberan tres mesas, las limpian y acto seguido nuevos clientes las ocupan. Le cuestionamos a la hostess la situación y nos indica que sentaron a esos clientes porque nosotros no estábamos cerca y por eso no nos avisó(cuando desde un principio nos dijo que nos iba a llamar a mi teléfono, el cual tenía anotado en la lista). Efectivamente nosotros al verificar la lista, mi nombre ya estaba tachado. No recibí ningun mensaje ni llamada. The empanadas were great but took a long time! The pizza and pasta took even longer. Neither were hot. The pizza crust was chewy and difficult to cut even with the serrated knife provided. The noise level outside was through the roof and the people passing by disturbed us several times by standing close behind, knocking into the table, etc. overall, not an enjoyable experience. read more
