I've been here a few times now, both recently and about four years ago, and it never disappoints. Gorgeous views, great drinks, awesome food, and always good music. I usually go for the specials and they're consistently spot on. I've visited as a party of two and with larger groups of 10-15, and it's always a great experience. The breakfast food was just okay overall, nothing really stood out. The black coffee tasted a bit off, though it was around 11:30 on a weekday, so it may have been sitting for a while. I probably could have asked for a fresh pot. That said, the service was great and the staff was very friendly and attentive. There was also plenty of parking available across the street, which made things really convenient. Overall, it was a decent experience and it is worth trying for brunch, and I'd try it for lunch. read more

On vacation for my nephew's wedding, and I stopped here two times already! The Beach House in Rincón is such a gem! Whether you are a local or just visiting this beautiful corner of Puerto Rico, it's the place to unwind. There is a fantastic ocean view right from your table. We saw the listing on Google for this restaurant and decided to come for dinner. The food was quite good. My wife ordered the mussels and she said that they were some of the best she's ever had. I had the skirt steak tacos. They were good. My only knock is that they only give you two small tacos. Most places, for the price, would give you three. Our Pina coladas were tasty and refreshing. Our waitress , Marina, was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We loved the live music while we ate. Great vibes! We stayed long enough for the sunset. This spot had the best views for this! Nice little place on the top of the road overlooking a bluff. Really nice view. Service was friendly and attentive. We had steamed clams in a garlic broth. They were tiny but tasty and the broth was a definite bread dipper. The burger was cooked to the exact temp we asked for and it tasted like it was cooked over an open flame. Deliciously fresh and juicy. The steak pincho tasted like it was marinated. It was juicy and tender. I also had the mango colada. The Beach House... I dream of you!! Me and my boyfriend visited Rincon, Puerto Rico in January 2026, and months later I am STILL thinking about this place. It was our first time in Rincon, and our Airbnb happened to be just a few minutes away -- we ended up wanting to come back every day. This was hands down the freshest seafood I've ever had. The owners catch fresh fish daily, and you can absolutely taste the difference. The sesame crusted tuna was so unbelievably fresh and delicious that I genuinely can't order tuna back home on the East Coast anymore because nothing compares to this place. The piña coladas were amazing, the crab cakes and tacos were delicious, and the girls working there were all so sweet and welcoming. But honestly, the best part of all was the VIEW. We tried several expensive restaurants around the island that were known for their scenery, and none of them came close to the freshness of The Beach House. The ocean view here was absolutely breathtaking -- easily the best view we saw in Rincon for fair prices. If you're visiting Puerto Rico, do not skip this place. Perfect dinner for views of the water and/or sunset. We were greeted right away and decided to sit at the bar style seating facing the water on the patio. Drinks were quick to the table and tasted delicious. We had a Miami Vice and frozen daiquiris before and with our dinner. Our food was sooo good I was surprised by how flavorful and fresh it was. We had an order of the Beach House Pinchos, Mahi Mahi ones, and the Carne Asada tacos. This was the perfect amount of food for two people without overdoing it. I stayed at this bar/hotel for two nights and ate a few meals at the restaurant. Food was great. Bed was great not the typical hotel bed that feels nice at first but is way too soft to actually sleep comfortably on. There was live music or a DJ every night. All the staff were super friendly and provided great service. If you are staying the night I'd say it typically doesn't quiet down till around 11pm and the rooms are next to the road. Still some of the best sleep I've had here in PR. Very clean place you can tell the owner runs things to a standard and cares. read more

We researched this restaurant because we haven't been able to find a decent restaurant in Rincon PR. It has good reviews so we went there with high hopes. We ordered the ribeye with shrimp, and the fresh grilled fish of the day. The shrimp were delicious.the ribeye was okay, mostly fat. The fresh fish of the day was snapper which was the most over cooked fish I think we ve ever had. I think they took the filet and cut it in half and proceeded to overcook the heck out of it. Stop by here after road tripping and beach hopping through Aguadilla and Rincon. There was easy parking and the views were STUNNING. It was rather slow when we arrived so we were seated quickly. Started off with a MANGO COLADA + FLOATER which I enjoyed. Unfortunately, that was the only thing I enjoyed. I ordered the SESAME TUNA TACOS and it wasn't for me. I should have ordered something else. The tuna was cut too thick and tasted previously frozen, not fresh so definitely skip on that. Bathrooms were available and they were very clean which we appreciated after being in the car for so long. Staff were friendly, but slow. During our stay on the west coast, we stopped by The Beach House on two different occasions. The morning we went for breakfast, the restaurant was pretty empty so we didn't get to experience much of the atmosphere that Beach House is known for. However, the attentive host and the solid breakfast (highly recommend the chorizo) got us to come back a couple days later. When we came back for drinks and some appetizers, we were able to experience the great views this restaurant has to offer and the atmosphere. The Empandillas de Pollo y Mofongo are a must! We would have liked to see better distribution and portions of the nacho toppings but overall the experience was good. read more

We discovered this restaurant simply by chance. Impressed from the moment we entered. It is the best run restaurant in have ever been in. The staff are friendly, helpful, and above all efficient!!!!! Everyone was working and taking care of all the tables. The food was excellent. We had mussels and coconut shrimp for appetizers. Wonderful!!! I had the lobster and wedge fries. Both were prepared very, very well. The lobster was fresh and not overcooked. The wedge potatoes were divine. The rest of our group had tacos, empeñadas, and several other dishes and everyone was raving about the food. Prices were reasonable. There was even live music.
