Fish of the day- mahi mahi, sauce was way too salty

Nice atmosphere and vibe. Service was decent. Drinks were ok, not great. Ordered a Miami vice but got mostly a pina colada with no flavor. And my fish entree was just way too salty. Would go back for the ambiance and to try other entrees/drinks to see if they have better choices.

We saw the listing on Google for this restaurant and decided to come for dinner. The food was quite good. My wife ordered the mussels and she said that they were some of the best she's ever had. I had the skirt steak tacos. They were good. My only knock is that they only give you two small tacos. Most places, for the price, would give you three. Our Pina coladas were tasty and refreshing. Our waitress , Marina, was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We loved the live music while we ate. Great vibes! We stayed long enough for the sunset. This spot had the best views for this! We would definitely come back again if we are ever back in Rincon!

Nice little place on the top of the road overlooking a bluff. Really nice view. Service was friendly and attentive. We had steamed clams in a garlic broth. They were tiny but tasty and the broth was a definite bread dipper. The burger was cooked to the exact temp we asked for and it tasted like it was cooked over an open flame. Deliciously fresh and juicy. The steak pincho tasted like it was marinated. It was juicy and tender. I also had the mango colada. It was exactly what you would want on a hot steamy day after hitting the beach.

From the moment the plates hit the table, everything just clicked. The plating was clean, intentional and confident, nothing overdone, nothing sloppy. The service? On point. Attentive without hovering. Warm without forcing it. That kind of hospitality that lets you relax and actually enjoy the moment. The clams were swimming in flavor, full of juice and rich. The lobster was cooked perfectly, tender, not overdone, not hiding behind butter, just pure, honest flavor. Everything tasted fresh, bold and balanced, like the kitchen trusted the ingredients and didn't try to outsmart them. What really tied it all together was the weather. Ocean breeze, good light, wooden table, salty air, it made the food hit harder. One of those meals where the environment becomes part of the flavor. If you're anywhere near this spot and you don't stop by, that's on you. Highly recommend. No hesitation. No exaggeration.

Fish tacos and rice and beans

The Beach House was the perfect tropical surf vibe we were looking for. Ambiance is side of the road, overlooking the beach, string light, island style with a fantastic covered outdoor seating area. Staff was friendly and upbeat. We ordered pina coladas and virgin daiquiris for the kids, coconut shrimp, blackened fish tacos and the rice and beans. Everything was great, but I will dream of those rice and beans! So much flavor. Will likely stop back before we leave!

Back again to sing the praises of this restaurant! We just had our wedding in Rincon and came to the Beach House for catering and our Rehearsal Dinner and they once again exceeded our expectations. Kevin and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect experiences and we felt so taken care of. Food was delicious as always, and our guests kept going back night after night to enjoy the space. We love it here! Thank you for being an unforgettable part of our special week

Great ambiance. Attentive staff. Food was good- not great- but good. We were a group of 7 and I tried every meal, I would say that the fresh fish burger was the best. $16 ceviche was tiny and had almost no shrimps (maybe a few cut into small pieces). Taking a star away because I felt like the food was expensive for what you got, and what you got was good but not great.

The Beach House... I dream of you!! Me and my boyfriend visited Rincon, Puerto Rico in January 2026, and months later I am STILL thinking about this place. It was our first time in Rincon, and our Airbnb happened to be just a few minutes away -- we ended up wanting to come back every day. This was hands down the freshest seafood I've ever had. The owners catch fresh fish daily, and you can absolutely taste the difference. The sesame crusted tuna was so unbelievably fresh and delicious that I genuinely can't order tuna back home on the East Coast anymore because nothing compares to this place. The piña coladas were amazing, the crab cakes and tacos were delicious, and the girls working there were all so sweet and welcoming. But honestly, the best part of all was the VIEW. We tried several expensive restaurants around the island that were known for their scenery, and none of them came close to the freshness of The Beach House. The ocean view here was absolutely breathtaking -- easily the best view we saw in Rincon for fair prices. If you're visiting Puerto Rico, do not skip this place. I already can't wait to come back.

Absolutely the best restaurant we've been to in PR..beats the San Juan restaurants! From the moment we checked in with the hostesses to the moment we had our dinner, everyone was so friendly, service was superb, and the food was delicious. Can't beat the vibes here and the view! Christmas decorations and playlist were on point! Thank you for making our Christmas so special! Huge Thank you to Amanda our server who was so attentive and sweet! We will definitely be coming back next time we are back in PR!

Service was good, food came out in a decent amount of time. Food was fresh and filling with various condiments (hot sauce) to accompany. Server was attentive to allergens in my party and ensured that the meals didn't subsist of any allergens. Ambiance was lively.

Not a lot of food. A nice place for a small quick bite after a beach day. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. We got fish tacos and a burrito. They were all tasty, but just not very filling. Very friendly service. Love the live music. He was an insane talent and played some Rolling Stones songs. Vibes were there. Our server brought out an entire sauce, box of an assortment of sausages you could put on your food.

Perfect dinner for views of the water and/or sunset. We were greeted right away and decided to sit at the bar style seating facing the water on the patio. Drinks were quick to the table and tasted delicious. We had a Miami Vice and frozen daiquiris before and with our dinner. Our food was sooo good I was surprised by how flavorful and fresh it was. We had an order of the Beach House Pinchos, Mahi Mahi ones, and the Carne Asada tacos. This was the perfect amount of food for two people without overdoing it. Although I could have another order of pinchos they were so great! Our server was attentive and very nice. We will definitely return here next time we're on the West Coast of Puerto Rico!

When the Churrasco Mofongo ($27.99) finally came out, the portion size was surprisingly small and did not reflect the price at all. For nearly $28, I expected a much more substantial serving and better overall value. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I also ordered four pastelitos at $2.99 each, and those ended up providing more food and better value than the $27.99 Churrasco Mofongo. It's hard to justify paying nearly $28 for an entrée when a few appetizers totaling less than half the price leave you feeling like you received more for your money. To make matters worse, the staff was largely inattentive throughout the visit. It was difficult to get anyone's attention, there were no updates regarding the long wait, and customer service felt like an afterthought, only because the question "Can I have an update on my order" was asked to the staff. A 44-minute wait can be understandable during busy times, but keeping customers informed goes a long way, especially when multiple families sat, ate, and left before receiving the order. Overall, despite the churrasco mofongo tasting really good, between the excessive wait time, the lack of attentiveness from staff, and the disappointing portion size, I left feeling that the meal was not worth the price. I hope management takes a closer look at both the service and the value being provided to customers.

The food was absolutely incredible, without a doubt the most flavorful meal we had all week, and honestly one of the best meals I've had in a very long time. Order the chicken... WOW! Every bite was packed with amazing flavor. The service was truly exceptional. One of our servers, Allen, was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. He took the time to talk with us & he didn't seem rushed. The teamwork among the staff was amazing to watch. There was a gentleman constantly walking through the dining room clearing plates the moment we were finished, keeping everything spotless without ever interrupting our meal. Everyone worked together so seamlessly, and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they do. While we waited for our food--which actually came out super fast for PR--our daughters loved spending time down by the beach area. It was the perfect way to keep them entertained while we relaxed. And the view... photos simply don't do it justice. We had no idea just how breathtaking the setting and ambiance would be until we experienced it in person. Breakfast Omelette- was great. I had tomato, onions, no peppers, and bacon. You can choose from adding bacon or ham. Decent but not mind blowing. Pancakes- you get multiple pancakes in the stack. They were nice and fluffy. I did wish there was some more whipped cream on the plate, which are the dollops next to it in my picture. It came with a little plastic container of syrup. Spanish omelette- had like 0 eggs in it, I expected an omelette with potatoes but it was just potatos and tortilla. Not bad just not expected. Appetizers and sides Potatoes- good Mofongo- pretty good. A little dry but I think it maybe is supposed to be like that. Great with the chicken and rice stew. Bean soup- the rice was salted, which I did not know. I put the rice in the soup to tone down the salt, but I accidentally made it even saltier. The only appetizer I would not get again if they continue to salt the rice. Beans and rice- good Lunch and dinner meals Red snapper - good, came with a side of your choice. I chose beans and rice. Rice was good and fluffy. The beans were tasty. The snapper came with a rich sauce and some vegetables. Fish Tacos- very good. I enjoyed this very much with a green local hot sauce that came if you asked for hot sauce. I would get this again if I came back. This was on the bar menu I think. Nachos- came in a big portion. Very large and good. Salad- ok. Rice and chicken stew- good. Tasted very homey and comforting like something grandma would make. There were chicken bones that you have to watch out for though. Pasta primavera- based on googling primavera pasta beforehand, I was expecting a light pasta entree, but this was smothered in butter and cheese, which was very heavy and not at all what I expected. It was tasty though, but very rich. Drinks Strawberry frappe- (non alcoholic version) tasted like an elevated slushie. It tasted like it was made from a strawberry syrup instead of fresh strawberries. Pina colada- (non alcoholic version) a good pina colada.

Unfortunately, the service has consistently been unfriendly and unwelcoming, which really takes away from the atmosphere. The food has been marginal at best--fine, but not memorable, and not quite what you'd expect given the location and potential of the space. It's worth stopping by for the view (and the waves) alone, but I wouldn't come here specifically for the food or service.
