He pointed out that I had looked at my cellphone while pumping gas, and said there was a sticker on the pump that says not to. I hadn't noticed the sticker before, and explained that to him and that I was sorry. He continued to lecture me ongoingly as though he didn't believe me, and acted as though he wasn't trusting me at my word. I'll not return to this location, and am considering not returning to any Shell location in the future. The employee was a caucasion, heavy-set male with a short facial hair beard, and looked to be mid-to-late 40s in age.
