The managers are very unprofessional, they would show up very late to work and then get mad at everyone for not having their "work done" but when asked what to do for the day, they never responded and would assign paperwork, after mid-way stat they did not need any of those paperwork's any longer. How are high school students excited to learn and grow in a business if the managers were never there half of the day?! on top of all this inorganization, they fired EVERYONE a week BEFORE the internship was about to finish. They planned on not paying these kids what they worked for and if it wasn't for a couple parents showing up to their building, they would've kept every dime to themselves. They claimed to pay the kids "the days they worked for." not professional and very DISRESPECTFUL! This company needs to be investigated and shut down IMMEDIATELY! they should pay these kids their full internship, since they fired everyone with no reason and word by word said, "we will let you know if we want you guys to come in on Monday or not." I am not usually the type to leave reviews, but the disrespect and no accountability from grown folks left me flabbergasted.

Inside you'll see some nice decor in environments that feel alive and not sterile. There's conference rooms and meeting spaces. Lots of general open areas as well. It's two levels with restrooms on both floors. Both have a mix of office space and artist spaces. I came during an open house and was able to check out number of artist. There are also a those that simply use it for office space. I saw a few companies and video production studios as well. This is perfect for the area as it grows into it's own. We went to check the Venue and put down a deposit of $500. we went to a food tasting in the food made us feel like there was heavy MSG. I sent out an email stating no MSG in the food please a woman named Megan called me after 9 PM stating that they do not put MSG in the food but you can tell there was MSG. After talking with her over the phone she was very disrespectful and out of line. she asked me am I sure I want to get married to my fiancé and maybe I should think about marrying him and getting to know him before I get married, And went on to say that he may be cheating on me with different women. This woman don't even know me she doesn't even know my background to come out of her mouth in say something like this. I tried to let the guy Michael know what was going on and he blew me off, and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. I told him that his staff was very inappropriate and very rude. Then they go on to ask me for money and to start to make payments which we already had an agreement. Then they sent me an email stating that they are canceling my event in that they were going to send me a check for $500 which was the deposit to hold the date. I went where I normally go to cash any check I went to four different check-cashing's and all of them stated that they could not verify the check they tried calling and no one has pick up to verify anything. I had to result in calling the police at the event to get a case card to sue for the money that is owed to me. These people are crooks they are very suspicious.I looked him up on sunbiz as well as Better Business Bureau in this name Germack event venue is not even showing up on none of the business sites. Be aware of this place they are money hungry crooks.
