The blue tinted glass structure with a massive American flag proudly flying inside the open atrium. Plenty of businesses fill the office spaces. The tenants parking is underground but plenty of free open above ground spaces surround the building. There are handicap spaces and 15 minute parking spaces directly in front of the north entrance. My wife and I came here today to visit the "My Office Kitchen" café. We grabbed some coffee. The café is open for all tenants and visitors. There is a security guard sitting at the front lobby of the atrium.

They planned on not paying these kids what they worked for and if it wasn't for a couple parents showing up to their building, they would've kept every dime to themselves. They claimed to pay the kids "the days they worked for." not professional and very DISRESPECTFUL! This company needs to be investigated and shut down IMMEDIATELY! they should pay these kids their full internship, since they fired everyone with no reason and word by word said, "we will let you know if we want you guys to come in on Monday or not." I am not usually the type to leave reviews, but the disrespect and no accountability from grown folks left me flabbergasted.

It's located in downtown Fort Lauderdale across the street from the Broward county courthouse, and has gorgeous views that are simply breathtaking. They are located on the 17th floor so whether you're in a meeting or getting some work done, the vibe at Empire can truly boost your mood. The ladies at the front desk are pleasant and welcoming, they definitely provide excellent service. When I arrived they escorted me to the room my team was meeting in for the day and throughout the day they made sure that our accommodations met our expectations. I believe that after leaving an establishment such as this you should leave feeling like you received first class service at best, and I did. The Rockefeller meeting room is the largest room that is the first one you see aftering exiting the elevator. It has glass windows and doors. If you need privacy or want to use the television for presentations, etc., there's an electric shade that comes down over the glass windows that provides enough coverage in the room as to not get a glare on the screen. The view from this room can have you caught in a daydream and not getting any work done. Whether you have a small or large group they can accommodate. Or if you're meeting just one person and need a place that will leave a lasting impression, they can and will accommodate that as well. Parking in the area and in the building's parking lot is expensive so be prepared to pay or if you can, have your parking validated.

I said the credit card fees is more than the water itself and why didn't you tell me about these fees? 2 weeks later I got an invoice for $300 and Change I'm like why am I being charged this amount? Oh well you used the space for an event, I never even had an event here at all!! I said please fix this!!! I got an email saying Good luck with my future endeavors etc I'm like WHAT??? Because YOU ALL SCREWED UP ON AN INVOICE AND OVER CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR CREDIT CARD FEES???? DONT DO IT!!!!! RUN FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS LOCATION!!
