I would like to send my deepest appreciation to Coach Coco for all she has done to help me overcome the pain, anger, fear and reality of being a person with a life sentence.  I appreciate her for taking out the time to listen to my phone calls and read my letters which were often written in a cryptic manner in my attempt to conceal my suffering. But she was always capable of reading between the lines and zeroing in on the matter that created a negative mental picture in my mind.  She knew how to remind me of the fact that life isn't always where you are geographically; but it's more about where you are psychologically. She made me concentrate on the things that would matter in the long run by making me eat properly, exercise, hydrate and study materials that will prepare me for society even though it was my belief that I would never see the streets again. She also made me always play a role in being a benefactor to my environment. She would tell me that when I was young looking for trouble I always made it my business to find it.  So now that I'm a man of faith, hope and integrity it's important that I go looking for others who are in need of those positive characteristics that help them heal and reinvent themselves. Her assistance has help me look into the mirror and say that I can't blame anyone else for my predicament other than myself and the only way that I can undo this mess is by dismantling all of the negative thoughts that are inside of my head.  It took years of being a stubborn rebellious teen to create the mess that I got myself into; and it took years of working on myself to slowly remove all the layers of confusion, doubt, anger and selfishness. Me and my Fiancé were having some communication issues where we had to separate. After a week apart we decided to look into couples therapy. We were referred to Coach Coco by a colleague.
