I love it when they have 70 off and 20 off deals! Sales vary so maybe it was my lucky day. staff are always welcoming and friendly whenever I come here. They don't wrap items purchased anymore, at least the time I came in. But if you ask them to and they're not so busy they'd be happy to remove the tag and wrap it nicely for you. I mean the gal told me they had to watch videos on how to wrap items with tissue all without any tape. I'll leave it to them and be done with it. Love all the bags I've bought here over the years. Came in today to buy myself a birthday present and the whole process was so painfully uncomfortable. If I didn't know going in that I wanted to buy a new bag, I would've walked out within the first minute. The employees are trained to get right up in your face, follow you closely and suggest new items. Not a second to look around without them right in your face. I don't know how many times I had to say "I'm just looking around.. I'm sure I'm going to buy something", before I was "left alone". I felt like I had to appease them by saying everything they showed me was cute, even if I hated it. But even after the employee stopped forcing me to follow her around and showing me items I wasn't interested in/making me try them on in front of the mirror, and trying to pressure me to buy every bag I even glanced at for more than a second, they both continued to follow me around closely in silence and hovered over me. I love the bag I bought so much, which is lucky, because I quickly decided on it just to leave that uncomfortable environment. This was also my first time going in alone and I know that when I was with my ex and he said we didn't need help, they left us alone. It's incredibly frustrating to not get that same respect as a single woman saying I don't need help and I'd just like to look around. read more

We hit this place in the mall on our way to Florence. Let me just say, I have been a Coach purse fan for years and at one point, worked at the store in Washington Square, so I know a deal at the store when I see one. This store definitely does have the deals and more often than not the coupons to go with them. On this particular day, the day after Christmas, they were running an in store coupon of 30 percent off. The bag I purchased had a price tag of $128 marked down to $119.99 and it was on the 50 percent off rack. Which brought the price down to around $60, with the 30 percent off coupon, I ended up paying around $41 for a swing style bag. Not too bad of a deal. I guess my only rub is with the company itself. They used to have all their products exclusively made in the US. Which was an easy way for you to tell if the bag was authentic or not. If it was made in Korea or somewhere you knew (back in the day) that it was not actually made by Coach Leatherware. Now a vast majority of these bags are made in China and are no longer leather so I'm not as much of a fan as I once was. I still peruse the store from time to time but I find I'm not buying as much as I once was. Still a good place for deals. read more

I love me some outlet stores, especially Coach! Why pay full price when you can get such great deals at the outlet stores?!?!? What I liked about this place: 1. Honestly, I got great service. There was a guy named Matthew that was a little eccentric for my taste, but he was honestly TRYING to be helpful and I appreciated that. The other two ladies that helped me were fantastic. 2. The prices. It's Oregon, my goodness. No taxes means you get an extra bag if you want!!! 3. Location. Honestly, it's not a bad outlet mall. There aren't a lot of stores, but I liked all the stores there. Which is just so fun. The only downside to this place is that it's on the small side. Of course, I'm comparing this to the Citadel outlet store that is 2 stories, and perhaps that's not a fair comparison... I will certainly be back when I come up this way again. Can't wait to get my next Coach bag/purse/ etc.!!! read more

This was your typical outlet coach store with your end of the season purses. These are not seconds, just the ones they are moving out of the stores to bring in the new lines for the upcoming season. And the problem is?? Lol, we just get an awesome discount!! Can anyone who loves a coach bag pass up going into one of these stores when you are at an outlet mall. Well I can't. Love this store! I visited Lincoln City just after Christmas and swung into the Coach store on a whim. Boy am I glad I did! Such awesome deals! I got a tote-style purse for $71 - regular $328, marked down, then 50% clearance, then an extra 20% in-store coupon! I also got a matching wallet and coin purse for over half off. Also, the employees were super nice and helpful! I was greeted right away and told about the extra 20%. Then the same person came back over to check in and made sure that I knew to take the 20% off the clearance price too. I returned later in the day to show some purses to my mom and look at the wallets. The one lady even went into the back room to help me find the matching coin purse. I'll be stopping in here again on my next trip to look for more great deals! read more

On a pre thanksgiving shopping trip we had planned to stop at the outlets. I was happy to see a Coach outlet. I had been contemplating the purchase of a coach purse for quite awhile but every time I talk myself into spending the money I can't find one I like. I'm not big on spending a lot of money on a purse, but they are good quality and should last me a very long time so I see it as a good investment. The coach outlet is set up a lot like the coach stores. I start my browsing didn't see anything that tickled my fancy right off the bat. I checked the price on one of the first purses I saw to get an idea of what I might expect to spend. I didn't really want to spend more than $200. The tag I looked at said $387....that's the regular price for a coach purse...hmmm I thought I was at the outlet. I keep looking and finally spot one that fits my style, again I look at the tag and it says $378. About mid shelf I see a a sign that says regularly $378, on sale for $199. Perfect! I continue my browsing around the store to make sure there wasn't one I liked more. I see a table of purses with the same sign with regular/sales price then a sign next to it that says additional 50%. At this point I'm approached by the sales lady. I confirm that the purses are only $99, they are! A lot of the outlets had started their "Black Friday" sales that day. I wound up taking home 2 purses, also OR's no sales tax is awesome! The lady that rang up my purchase was pleasant, I liked that I wasn't followed around the store. If your looking for a good quality purse and an awesome price, check out this store. read more

I walked in looking for a surprise gift (purse) for my wife looking kinda scary from just leaving a job in Florence. Being of a large breed male I could tell the females were not to thrilled in helping me so I was passed off to the grey haired gentleman who worked there. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Holy mother of fantastic deals on cute and quality handbags!!! Coach bags are great to begin with -classic, timeless and last forever...but when you get them for 40-70% off retail, it makes them all the better!!! I just purchased 6 items for $318, including a $400 bag I got for $175. The bottom of receipt notes that I had saved $260 off retail for my purchases. I go to the outlet mall in the LC once a year for our girl's beach weekend and am always amazed at the deals I get :-) read more

We visited Oregon from southern California this summer and decided to check out some of the outlet malls. We visited the branch in Woodburn the day before but found only a few good deals. We didn't have high expectations for this place thinking that it's smaller and therefore fewer selections. We were proven wrong. We bought twice as much goods as we did in the other Coach since they have some awesome deals. Furthermore, the employees here are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Jean. We felt at ease talking to her as soon as we step into the door. When she learned that we had shopped in Woodburn, she informed us that there was a extra 20% promotion deal that took place the day before, which was not reflected in our receipt. She helped us adjust the difference and save us some extra spending money. Let's just say that my family of 4 had a pretty nice dinner from the money we saved. We'll definitely stop by this place when we visit the area in the future. read more

Very poor customer service, bought a coach bag online and decided to get same bag in different color went to outlet store to exchange ( same exact bag just different colored trim)and was charged the difference in price because they were having a different sale that day. I could understand the difference if price if I ask for a different style but it was the same exact bag. read more
