The hardware wall is well stocked, but the staff really stand out. Friendly and helpful every time I go in. Never have I had someone look at me like an idiot of dismiss a newbie question. They have helped select cuts and leather types for specific projects and have talked my out of a few things that may not have had the desired outcome. Prices are the same as on-line, but there are in-store sales and no shipping. being able to use a stamp or a tool before you buy it is really helpful and limits the waste of buying something that turns out too small or too big or not right that sits in the stamp caddy forever unused.

This place is fast! I dropped off my motorcycle boots* in early Jan I think and they had them…read moredone by the end of the month! I asked for them to get them done as soon a possible without having to pay a rush fee, since this is a safety issue (they're my only pair of armored riding boots). Brought them in because their tread was almost completely fine and I was spying on rocks/ gravel a little. Price was kind of high, but they look great and it's way cheaper than buying a new pair! *I had to buy these boots years ago because they were the only vegan ones I could find. Track boots aren't supposed to have much tread so your foot doesn't get pulled off the peg dangerously. However, I ride a cruiser and only do street riding, so some tread is fine.

But-of course there is a but, they are extremely slow at doing the great job!!! 4-5 weeks on a more intense repair, ie shoe build up! And the kicker is - you pay up front! Before you see the job that is done, or you can't pick them up for a month or more. This is the only problem. There is not another cobbler choice in Eugene!! I have read that someone calls and needs an emergency heel or strap replaced-I am happy for them. A different tech does those repairs, than my extensive build up. I must tell you that they are very good! In fact when I moved to Texas for a while I UPS'd my shoes to them! So, I must adjust to their schedule!! If you can-you be extremely satisfied!!!

Pocket belts (fanny packs?) and pocket holsters 3. Sculpet upper head masks So that last one is a sculpted and fanciful piece that you wear on your forehead above your brow. It may have flowers or horns on it. Think of this for your next visit to Faerieworlds or maybe to make a big, fun statement when you meet your friends for a beer down at a Whiteaker brewery. I think it would look amazing on Angelina Jolie as Maleficent or Cate Blanchett as Hela in Thor: Rangcock. That would be something.

They tried to be helpful but I had no receipt because the people that gave it to me lived in another country. The point is they may be a good company but the product should have lasted more than 2 months with normal use. Check who is making what you buy and if possible keep the receipt, especially if it is spirit leather.
