My girlfriend spends roughly $800 to $900 at a time buying from their online store. Those items that do not work for her, we return. We do the return at the store. We do it this way for two reasons. 1. So we can see that the credit is done 2. So she can also look to see if they have anything else she may like and/or the same items she is returning more in a size that is suitable for her petite size 0 frame. The employees hate having to do returns and try to encourage you to do them online instead by going back on line and registering your return and getting a QR code. You then take that QR code into the store and do your return. So you are pretty much doing the employees job so they don't have too, and you still have to go into the store for the return anyway. There are always some cranky ladies working here and they try to mask their distain for you and your returns by acting like they are very important because they work here and talk AT you very loudly. My g/f is really rethinking her decision to buy anything from Ann Taylor simply due to how we get treated in store. She said she will stick to Von Maur, where the staff is very helpful and always glad to see you. Ann Taylor needs to pay attention to their customers and get rid of the bad customer service. They are losing sales due to it.

The business was well lite and very clean . Each handbag has its own place and nothing was out of sort . I was greeted right away by a staff member who ya see me a sheet letting me know what was on sale . The staff was friendly yet somewhat clingy . One of them would leave me alone for a short while but as soon as I picked something up there he was . I like being left alone when I shop so that bothered me a bit . The store was bigger then it appears on the outside which was nice . Would I go back ? Sure but it probably would be with a few friends and not by myself .

A lot of tank tops, shorts, light sweaters and jewelry. They also have a lot of Van's shoes, canvas and some nikes. I have tried myself to wear clothes from here but they're on the junior sizing. They are either super expensive, or having a great sale so it's hit or miss. I find the staff to be average, a lot of young kids, working their first jobs probably, so getting rung up or other sizes isn't super fast, but just more time to look around. It's right in the middle of the second floor behind aunt annies pretzels.

This gives you the chance to see the quality and touch whatever that next "grail" may be. Whenever raffles are happening, this location always keeps it orderly (by having the customers form a line towards Rue 21) and seems to get people in and out pretty quickly. So much for Greenberg's Repair Service, I Purchased a $1300 ring from GB several years ago, took…read moreinto store today to have it resized, which I fully intended on paying for. The only reason I even went there is because that is where the ring was purchased and the last time I sent it in to have it re-rhodiumed they polished the setting a little too much and really changed the appearance of the setting, so I wanted to see if that could be repaired as well. (yes... I still have all my receipts and amazingly, I also have the sales catalog that shows my ring) The saleswomen took my ring in the back room (supposedly to have their onsite goldsmith look at it) and returned rather quickly I would say no more than a couple minutes later and told me that my ring could not be resized. I was given a lame excuse for the reason. (this ring has a solid band in the back with no diamond setting in that area) so I took it to two other jewelers in the same mall, they both couldn't see any reason why GB said it couldn't be resized, so I am having a Greenberg's competitor do the work for me. I have purchased many pieces from Greenberg's over the years, but after today I will never buy another thing from them. The customer service has greatly decreased since they closed the Mall of the Bluff's location. That's okay though. Moving forward, I'll just buy my jewelry elsewhere. I mean who wants to buy from a jewelry store that refuses to fix their own merchandise. The service at Westroad's has much to be desired. If I could give them zero stars It would be more fitting to their service. I sure wish I could figure out how to contact GB's corporate office; I would surely love to hear what they have to say....ugh!!!!

But I custom designed a very expensive ring from here, however when I received the ring much later the diamond is set very obviously crooked. Took it back to had it straightened and it was returned with a prong out of alignment. Took it back a second time and they walked the ring behind a door for a few moments before bringing it back out to me saying it was all fixed, but it fact it hadn't been altered at all. There will not be a third visit.
