Most of the staff was in conversation with each other. I knew what I came there for, so I approached a sales associate for help. The item I wanted was out of stock in store, so I went to the bag bar to place an order for shipment. The store is a huge white space; runway ready, clothes are neatly hung for displays and the dressing room are the size of a small walk-in closet. I tried on a couple items, completed my purchase and left. I would suggest at least greeting customers when they come, instead of customers approaching staff.

We got to the water / domino park (where they hand out the wrist bands) at 8:50am. They start handing them out at 8:30am. NO ONE WAS THERE. We picked out of the bag and got in the high 50's!! I understand they're trying to make it fair. However, the problem wasn't that we pulled a high number. The problem was that at 11am, security let so many people cut the line. Those who had wrist bands and those who didn't. We even saw one of the security guard's give out a wrist band at 11:30am (which they have been telling everyone they wouldn't do after 10:30). That person is already in the store and we're still waiting in line. We're so upset and refuse to come again on a drop day. FAIL BY SECURITY. Go to the Manhattan store. Don't waste your time at this location. Unfriendly staff when you're paying an arm and a leg. I would give it 0/5 if I could. We were regulars - here 2/3 times a week. No longer will we do that.

I love the convenient location and layout (great website, too but may be iffy to order from depending on other reviews). The merchandising makes so much sense; it's visually pleasing. A plethora of home goods, accessories, and clothing that makes a statement. Basically in love with almost every t-shirt they had on the website. The 2 staff members were informative, fun to chat with, and helpful especially with fixing a jammed slot in the print machine. Sizes run large as my Small was suuuper oversized -- that's on me tho bc the gentleman I was speaking with offered to me to try it on before purchasing. I spent several minutes hunting for a customer service number but could find nothing but an email based interface. I sent in the message, by this time 10 minutes after placing the order asking them to cancel the order. However, they did not read the message and respond until late in the day and by then it was too late. I am now out $54 and my husband won't get his Father's Day gift. I won't be ordering from this company again. A company that is too cheap to have a customer service phone, or to respond to emails quickly does not deserve my business.

Period. Despite the brand being carried in countless retailers for over a decade, this is it and worth a visit for the "Fade Wall", dressing rooms (4) and flooring alone. You'll have to trust me here....  The center of the store is like a Lazy Susan complete with their latest/greatest on display. It really provides you the opportunity to not only see what's new but feel. In some cases, smell - Scratch n' Sniff baby! It can be overwhelming as no two pairs are alike so take your time. Having been a long time N&F customer, this was the first opportunity I'd ever had to try on such a huge selection of denim styles and fits without dealing with returns. Furthermore, I could check out the much slept-on shirting, hoodies and t-shirts I hadn't seen at other retailers. Strongly encouraged IMO.  Sales Associate Shane was patient and clearly knowledgeable. I could not be more appreciative for his time. He answered ALL my questions and BS'd while juggling hemming and other customers. Give the man a raise!  While I ended up having to order online due to being sold out (sizing), I could not have made the best purchase without Shane's guidance and recommendations. Much appreciated. I look forward to returning trips and hopefully grabbing a pair of their NYC store exclusive when the restock drops.
