I have used MKC for years and I am always disappointed. They always take longer than have promised…read morewith low quality. I bought many things from MKC and there were always issues. I got a zip up that was needed for my little's reveal and almost didn't come in on time. I had to constantly be emailing and saying I needed it by a specific date, even if it costs more. When the zip up did come, it was missing half of the customizations and they refused to offer any compensation, besides a refundfor the ones they forgot to add. I got my little a jersey and the custom fabric is $30 for each side, amounting to $60. It is ridiculous, but i did it because no one else has the specialty fabric that can be used on our letters, and I really do like the specialty fabrics. I luckily did not have a rush on it, and did some customizations at a different greek apparel store, so I didn't have any issues until I got it. The quality was extremely poor for the amount of money that was spent on it. There were lose threads, the fabric wan't flat when it was sewn on, and overall it looked /messy/. I got my other little a jersey from another Greek apparel company and it was much better quality. Now, I have recently ordered two line jackets with just a few customizations. Their production time was listed as two weeks. It was ordered 2/11. It is now 3/5. The jackets have not even been shipped out yet. I do not mind it it takes a long time, I completely understand because it is all customized, however, I would just like to be told if it will take longer than expected. I asked when I first placed the order i asked If I can receive the jackets by the first week of March and they said it was "possible". Why would you tell me it was possible if it wasn't . It is not even shipped yet. I like the look of MKC and how they make the letters, and there are also not many greek apparel shops to choose from, but I think the pro's are outweighing the cons at this point. I recommend literally any other custom greek letter company over MKC Threads.
