I ordered a suit a little after noon at this location on a Friday. Because the suit was for a…read moreCollege Graduation on the next day, the store representative agreed to have the suit ready for pick up by the end of the business day at 8:00pm. I arrived at the location at 6:00pm, only to find the doors locked. My suit had been left on the store podium exactly the way I left it at the time of purchase, earlier that day. At 7:45 pm the store representative reappeared, only to tell my family that the suit would be ready the afternoon of the following day. The merchant had not only failed on his word to deliver the product before the end of the day, but also refused to issue a refund. This person almost ruined (and gave no care towards) my college graduation plans. If it had not been for the amazing customer service, and attention given by the gentleman at the City Look store across the street, my graduation ceremony would have been ruined. Save yourself the time and headache and purchase your men's wear across the street at City Look, their product quality is far superior, and you will walk out of the store with your suit ready to wear. Nobody wears a suit for a casual occasion, and when you fail to deliver on a product (on a timely manner that you agreed to) which is impediment for a certain occasion, you should not offer the product at all. Si no hubiera sido por el increíble servicio al cliente, y la atención dada por el caballero en la tienda de City Look al otro lado de la calle, mi ceremonia de graduación habría sido arruinada. Salvese usted el tiempo y el dolor de cabeza y Compre su traje de hombres a través de la tienda City Look Al frente de esta localidad, la calidad del producto es superior, y usted saldrá de la tienda con su traje listo para usar.
