Visited this location a few weeks back and had such a great shopping experience. Upon entry, I was greeted by numerous associates who were friendly but didn't seem too overbearing in their approach. I was ultimately helped by Anthony and Kevin, who were very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Had an amazing experience when I went to look for my new bag today. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming, and friendly. I've been looking at this bag only for a few weeks and was looking forward to going into the store to find it. The store is a decent selection of coach purses, bags and wallets. They usually have very good sales and have the newest items in front. The staff is very nice and are available to answer your shopping needs. They had a clearance sale of 75 % off bags. Make sure to ask the staff for the website to check the bags or they can check the price of the bags themself. read more

Always come here and never had any issues. 30 day return policy which is fine and always seems to be busy. Recently the online reserve dropped a few items online (and surprise surprise, sold out within minutes). Called the Riverhead outlet first, no luck. Called Deer Park and same thing, no luck. BUT here's where I'm impressed, the staff (Kevin) could have easily let that go and be the end of it all but instead, he went the extra step and looked up which store I would be able to get this from & walked me through the pay by link process. I placed my order no problem with the other outlet location but I'm pleasantly surprised by the initiative he took. I really hope Coach can see what a gem they have as an employee. read more

I am not making the big bucks where I can drop money on Coach bags, but I do live in the same household with my sister who can. She told me the Coach Outlet is new to the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park and I'm glad it is here. The store is large, spacious, and well-organized. The staff were SO nice and professional. I'm an OIF/OEF vet and honestly only shop at places that offer veterans discounts because I like to support businesses that show support for myself and other service men and women. Just tried to exchange a Christmas gift for a different size. I was told the holiday return ended 1/15, even though I had a receipt. I watched them allow a return from early December right before me with no problem. Instead they wanted to give me store credit for half the price I paid. Guess rules only apply to certain people. read more

One of the best Coach outlets in terms of space I've been to. I think the layout is very shopper friendly so it makes me want to buy everything like their high end ostentatious t- shirts that got the WOW factor. The staff is friendly and everything is always on sale so coming here is always a win win when you have disposable income. read more

Want to share my experience, I got coach shoes from this store had them for few months and on of the shoe started to make some noice. So I called corporate office and they told me to go to store they will change it without problem once I drove there killed half a day cause I live in queens they told me they can't change it and told me to call corporate office again that's when NANCY manager came out and started to give me trouble that it was wore them etc.. she was very rude and nasty I don't even know why they keep managers like her multi million dollar comp for one shoe making big deal they don't stay behind their products don't waist your money cause they last no more than 2-3 months. #coachsucks read more

I came here to see their selection of handbags. This was my first time ever in a Coach store and it would be the first time I've ever purchased a bag that costs over $100. A sales woman was super friendly and I found a bag that I loved. The sales associate went to the back to get me a new bag for my purchase. I went to the register (I went on a cold winter night and there wasn't really any other customers in the store) and the sales associate brought me the bag. I had a bit of a difficult time opening the zipper in the bag, as the zipper seemed uneven. The associate apologized and went to the back to get me another bag. The bag she brought out had an obvious crease throughout the entire front of the stiff leather- this made me feel bad because it was becoming clear that the sales associates don't care if they are selling someone a bag that has flaws with it. I don't know if I was being too picky, but since it was my first 'designer' purchase, I kind of thought that these bags are supposed to be of higher quality than what I typically buy. I mentioned the crease to her and she went in the back to bring me out another bag. While I was waiting, I heard her chatting with another coworker - she was taking about me and the zipper I had difficulty opening- honestly, I felt embarrassed. I mean, at least wait until I have left the store before talking about me!! I purchased the next bag she brought out without even checking it because I felt so embarrassed! If I could give this store negative stars I would give them -3. I bought a purse for my mother for Mothers Day. She liked the purse but found it was a little too big so we went to exchange it. The cashier named Elizabeth was very rude and said there was nothing the could do. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently she was too busy to come out and assist me and my mother. The purse was in immaculate condition and nothing was wrong with it. I felt so bad that my mother was stuck with a purse she really can't use so I'm stuck with a huge bill. I asked twice to speak with the manager and she refused to come out. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone including my worst enemies. The people are rude and obnoxious and don't care. No customer service or loyalty there. Make the drive and gp to Jersey Gardens they're much more friendlier and care about the customers especially since you're paying for a highly overpriced bag. As a long standing patron of Coach, I am utterly mortified about a recent purchase at their store. This has absolutely nothing to do with the staff. I have spent literally thousands at the Coach Outlet over the years and I my experiences have been fine each and every time. For a recent purchase, I bought my wife a pair of open toe shoes. They were bought during the January clearance event. As practically with all of the other numerous bags, boots, and shoes she loved them. Naturally, being that it was the dead of winter, she could not wear them until the Spring. She wore them first on Mother's Day and only one other time. To our utter amazement, the heel portion looks completely ragged. I brought them back to the store (NOT FOR A REFUND) but to have them repaired being that they were (1) worn only twice and (2) way less than a year old. Guess what...?! The same defective shoes were mailed back to me with a note saying, "our craftsmen deemed the shoes non-repairable"! Also sent was a 10% off coupon that's "not applicable on all styles". Not only was no effort put forth in satisfying a long time patron, but COACH sends me a generic 10% off "select items" coupon as a way to perhaps pacify me....What an embarrassment!! PS-This is my first ONE STAR review of any business that I have patronized read more
