Being that time is limited, I was getting a bit overwhelmed while trying to look for a suitable dress for my daughter. While driving through Huntington Village, I saw that a children's clothing store opened, I figured I would check it out. The girls that work there are fantastic! I explained my situation to them and they started pulling all of the appropriate dresses and put them aside for me. A few days later I came back with my daughter to have her try them on. She loved the dresses!!! We actually bought her 2 different dresses as well as a few outfits that she can wear on play dates :-) I had such a wonderful experience, and will definitely recommend iDo to everyone!!

The woman at the counter told me I could make a return just to not loose my receipt. When I went to return the item because it was too big they only allowed a store credit. This place is a joke. Every single time I go to this store someone is at the counter upset. Apparently if something is on sale you can't return it. They should inform customers of this policy before purchase. I've been shopping at this store for 6 years. I have never had to return anything and when I do I'm punished for it. Also, they are selling fake Labubu's for $42. How ridiculous.

After already having had a bad experience the same day at another store, we were looking forward to finding the perfect dress. Instead, the woman who helped us showed my daughter and I two dresses that did not fit and claimed she was "stumped" on her sizing. She then proceeded to direct me to once area of dresses and told to pick something from there. We selected something that was ok but I could tell my daughter was not thrilled. She didn't have the ear to ear smile I expected. When I told the salesperson we weren't thrilled she responded with "I don't know what else I can show you." Meanwhile we had tried on about 4-5 dresses...there were well over 40 in the room and she insisted nothing would work. The family that was in the store right before us looked like they had the red carpet rolled out and we were shooed out like we were worthless. We took our business elsewhere and were treated with respect and kindness, which we did not experience at Pashley. This store and its associates need to take the stick out of their ass. We found dresses that were just as beautiful and superior service elsewhere.

However, it was quite frustrating to find that the fitting rooms were closed. When I asked a staff member, she simply said, 'The fitting rooms are closed for today because I have to be at the register.' This was a huge inconvenience since we wanted to try several items on before purchasing.
