Not only was the tour a value (it included bikes, helmets, wine tastings, lunch, non-alcoholic drinks, and snacks) but also Tom, the owner, and his team were very accommodating to our strict schedule (we had come in from the City). He worked with us every step of the way and was very responsive. The tour was lovely and even paced. The wine was good (I got two bottles). We got personal attention and even a car to accompany us throughout the tour. We all really enjoyed the experience. Good wine, a nice relaxing bike ride, and great customer service. Our guide was professional, considerate and sensitive, mindful that Mom (me) had not biked in ten years. Yes, it needed some work, as I can see all you did was fix the front brake and replaced the battery, it did not need an oil change. When I brought the bike home the nuts for the tail light were missing the rear brake that worked fine the line going to it was loose, there was an oil leak coming from the cam cover as you opened it up never replacing the gasket, the right rear directional lamp was not working the wire was clipped when you put the battery in it. There was no oil pump gasket leaking as there is an O ring to seal it the bike started right up when I brought it to you. You have done nothing but insult me and the bike. You think your hot shit as you have a drag bike, but in real you are a piece of shit nothing but bad business. Rule one the customer is right I knew what I wanted done. Oh I had the bike running in two weeks you had it 10 months.. worst shop I ever went to,,, for $500 to replace a battery and fix the front brake.. What a rip off.. I know you think your a know it all but proved to me you're unknowledgeable.

I walked in and met John. he sold me the tires, a new seat and a new cycle tire pump. It was all done in about 40 minutes!! I looked around, shared some stories with John and the staff.
