Their quote sounded good and they could come the same day we had Steam King scheduled for - which was necessary as we were moving out the next day - so we gave them a try. They came out within a few hours and did a terrific job. Their total with tax was $114.75 and was what they quoted for a carpeted 3 bedroom and living room. Their technicians were professional and polite. Reading Mandy M.'s five-star review on Peaches N Clean it sounds as if this is one of the only companies - if not the only company - in the area which gives fair reasonable prices up front.
