Unyglobe is unresponsive and difficult to work with. I argued with them for the better part of a year to repair my roof. Eventually I had to take out a personal loan to have the repair done myself. Instead of reimbursing me directly, they credited my account and then took my HOA fees out of the credit each month. When I started the process to sell my condo, they responded slowly to the escrow company. One time, they cashed the check for my HOA fees, said that I didn't pay the HOA fees, then tried to put a lien on my property! When I proved that I did pay, I didn't get even get an apology. Terrible customer service and terrible all around management.

I have called them for almost 2 months now and every time I get the same story, which is that the issue is being escalated and will be resolved. Of course, nothing has been refunded to date and I have to waste valuable time calling them and following up only to get the same story each time. It's the most frustrating billing company I've ever had to work with. Totally and completely incompetent.
