Megan greeted me first into the very stocked shop of saddles, tack, boots, clothing, accessories, gifts, and a whole room dedicated to hats. She was amazing getting me the perfect size and look for my very first Stetson hat in less than 15 minutes. I learned so much from Megan! I ended up also buying a Charlie 1 Horse straw hat to be worn in summer months. I was greeted by two other women in the store who were very friendly. These ladies were helpful finding the perfect fitting Wrangler jeans for me. They also helped me put on the new hat band I had purchased. I called the store the next day to ask about country western dancing in the area, and they gave me a few good locations to check out. So happy I called them. Very nice people. Once I got the trailer it only made it for about 30 miles before all the wheels locked up the axles were never greased the bearings all froze up. Had to make arrangements while out on the road to get the trailer back and was told they would fix it or I could have another brand of trailer at the same price. When I decided to take the other trailer they told me it would be more money. So they changed their mind. Maybe a lot of problems we're not their fault but nevertheless they wouldn't give me a different trailer as they promised me for the same price. I guess you get what you pay for.
