This is just another one of your typical country pubs, which basically means that there is a…read morelimited selection of beers on tap, and generally, the ones that I don't like, but then again I do happen to be a bit of a snob. The building itself was rather nice, being one of those old fashioned country pubs, which is a welcome change to the ones that I tend to encounter in the city. However, it really didn't stand out, though I guess that it had a lot to do with the limited beers, which I suspect is because nobody drinks craft beer out here. Yeah, it wasn't all that great.

Still, it wasn't too bad, and it did have some charm about it, and even had a nice beer available on tap as well, however it still wasn't one out those incredibly outstanding ones that I tend to appreciate.

Hey, at least I felt welcome, which is certainly a good thing where pubs are concerned. They had a pretty large smokers cage, though one could sort of argue that it is a beer garden in which you aren't allowed to eat. They also have a couple of nice beers as well, which is certainly a change to a lot of other country pubs that I have visited. Yeah, it's okay.
