Beyond the unprofessional customer service and for me personally I have an issue with any bank that doesn't honor their own checks. Upon bringing in a CHASE check I was told it exceeded the amount they could cash the check for. Just another shit bank more interested in lining their own pockets than providing good banking services to their customers.

I went into the branch in Crescent City, Ca 95531 on 1020 3rd street today 2/14/24 between 1-2pm and the teller after stating my interest and recommendations to the bank via Forbes and online information kept informing me that, "I needed to give her my paperwork to make sure Im getting what Im asking for." Again I asked for nonprofit information and was told pretty they dont give that. She doesnt know the APY for her bank for nonprofits and I know it varies from personal checking and banking accounts. This is Ludi crest to me when all over social media including Forbes to do this to make sure your making the right choice, loc al banking staff is A) Knowledgeable of nonprofits, B)relations are adequate for your organization and C) Repour is to standards. This branches employee is lacking all branch skills for Forbes known nonprofit information and guidelines. I was wanting to be clear of my personal choice and give US Bank a new marketing platform by spreading our bank to every school in America. I would love to keep this bank in mind for future endeavor but the employee should be let go(Tiffany Martin). I hope this reaches the p[erson that calls himself a CEO because I too will be held to these standards as one; just because I didnt come inin a suit and tie and have the papers in hand I'm treated differently. Hopefully she finds a new job where she is more knowledgably. Humboldt's branch was called after this experience and Sarah was extremely polite and gave me her email to help. She deserves a pat on the back and a raise. Also like to add I deal with Brookings, Oregon's branch alot over the last 15 years and they too are amazing and wonderful each and everytime ive been in there.

But when I sold my house this summer they had a new escrow officer and it was a very different experience They told me my house had closed escrow so I left my home and checked into a motel. I was not, however, paid. They said I would be paid the next day and that morning confirmed on the phone that I was paid and my money had been wired into my account. After spending some time at my bank I was told that no money was being wired to my account at all. I went in to the business and was finally told that my money was not yet wired to me and that my mortgage had not been paid off yet. They lied to me. The manager tried to tell me that sometimes it takes a few days to get paid. So why was I told escrow closed if I am not paid and I still have a mortgage on the house in my name? I have previously bought and sold eight houses and I have never been treated this way or had problems with being paid. I wouldn't trust this place with my money ever again. Find another escrow company and stay clear of this business. They really do not care and treated me like trash.

My premium didn't even increase in cost as much as I'd expected. Additionally I did need roadside assistance once and a tow. It was completely covered and the tow truck showed up within 15 minutes of my request for help. Lisa McKeown's office also re-adjusted my rate based upon my expected yearly mileage, even without a request from me or even a copy submitted of my mileage. Lisa McKeon's office lowered my rates automatically based on my DMV mileage recorded for registration information The bottom line is that I have an incredible rate for car insurance and my renter's insurance, and extraordinarily superior service from Lisa McKeon's agent for State Farm for 40 years! Never believe the TV ads about "cheap" insurance! State Farm has provided extraordinary rates and service! In Crescent City I cannot recommend Lisa McKewon's agency high enough. They respond to questions and need's immediately! I will never deal with any other agent!
