A couple weeks after initial service we had a small issue with one of the vehicles we had detailed. We brought it back to show Bob. He was very understanding and said he would take care of it. We called a couple days later and he said to bring the truck right over. Bob met us, took it right in and fixed the issue himself immediately. He was very helpful and willing to take care of the issue - which involved an additional service- at no charge. I brought my 2018 Honda Accord in for a detailing as I hadn't had one done since I bought the car and it was looking pretty bad. The staff here are phenomenal and friendly. I called on a Thursday and asked if they could do an interior detail on the upcoming Saturday. I know that was a long shot but they said they could get it on and done in the afternoon. Brought the car in and when he looked at it, said 'it's a lot worse than I thought, will be another $50". Imagine if you will an interior of a car of a 20 year old, that had not been detailed, or really cleaned effectively, in 4 years. Coffee stains, food stains, sand from beach, girls hair and whatever else teenage drivers/riders do. I am ok with dirt but even I didn't want to sit in this car. That said, the car is going right back with the 20 Year old and there was no way I was going to pay another $50 on top of the original quote to have it just get messed again. The guy offered to do it for the original price but said it wouldn't include getting the sand and some of the stains out. I was good with that. We just picked up the car (after they closed). Holy crap, it looks like NEW! They got everything clean. I would have never guessed. Will be going back with a bigger tip and telling everyone. You have to go here if you want great service and a great looking car. P.S. Told them to skip the outside... they did that too. read more

My 2009 Volvo was looking a bit tired and had a musty smell from a water leak.... I brought it to Coast Detailing and could not believe the magic they worked on my car. It looks brand new and the smell is completely gone. The wheels that I have been scrubbing (to no avail) are shining again and the interior looks amazing. I had my truck detailed at Coast Detailing about a month ago. I had the inside and out detailed. They scratched the tints on my back window. I brought this up to the owner via his follow up phone call. He basically said every excuse, but he would not own up to it. Also they did not clean some areas of my seats. Nor did the clean the smudge on my sun visor. Basically the whole reason I brought my vehicle to be detailed for. Then the outside... They swirled the clear coat pretty bad. Unfortunately I picked it up in the evening. So the low light didn't allow me to see it right away. Also they did not clean the bed, tool box, & back rack. I guess those things aren't important enough to be cleaned. Basically $260 for a car wash. Do Not Go Here!!! read more

Just had my 12 year Lexus detailed inside and out. The interior looks like new and the carpets came out perfectly cleaned. The exterior has its original polished shine back. I have used Bob's services before and will be using coast detailing in the future. read more

My Jeep Wrangler was disgusting from off roading, dirt / clay was embedded in the seats and everything was so dirty and full of sand. My black interior had turned a dark brown from all of the dirt. I took my car to coast detailing and I got it back like I had just got it from the dealership! It looks IMMACULATE inside!! My 'what was once dark brown from the dirt interior is back to black! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I'm selling my 2008 Dodge Caravan and after 7yrs with kids and a dog the car needed a deep cleaning before putting it for sale. I've purposely waited several weeks before writing this review ... you'll understand by reading what happened... I scheduled an appointment to have the interior of a Honda Odysey van cleaned due to a urine accident that my daughter had several months prior. I had previously tried cleaning the interior myself with regular rug shampoo....then the stuff you can purchase from a pet store...then had it 'cleaned' by another car wash place that does detailing for car interiors. All previous attempts failed in that the odor returned days to weeks later. The hotter it got outside, the worse the odor became. I spoke with both Bob and Mike explaining the situation and they assured me that they could resolve my problem. It's been 5 weeks now... and the darn van smells as good as the day I had it picked up from Coast Detailing!! I HIGHLY recommend Coast Detailing for all your interior vehicle detailing. I have brought my Subaru wrx to Coast Detailing countless times for anything from being sideswiped in a parking lot, to just a good summer detail. Every single time they find a way to fit me in on short notice. No task is too big for them to tackle. I want to start off by saying the first time I brought my car to get detailed I was beyond pleased . My brand new car had such an awful odor and they were able to get rid of it. I was so pleased I decided to bring my car again this year, but the results were upsetting. My car radio buttons were SUPER GLUED on by the guy who worked on my car & air freshners were used despite my request to not have any placed in the car. I called the shop to find out what happened and I was advised to bring the car in and they would check it out. Upon arriving they tried to tell me they were doing me a favor as my buttons were on the floor. Really? I am currently financing my car and know for a fact the buttons weren't on the floor. We are all humans and mistakes happen right? But what bothered me is they didn't offer to replace my radio or even take ownership for what they done. Being the person I am , I took the loss and went about my life. Here comes daylight savings and I'm unable to change my time because I have no use of my home and power buttons. Overall I guess you can say I'm frustrated that I put my trust in these workers and they didn't care to resolve the issue , their idea of fixing was trying to scrape all the glue they put on with a razor blade ! Able to fit me in right away! Was really interested in getting a deep interior clean of my Prius C -- the gray seats were discolored and the black interior was covered in random little dusts and dregs that couldn't be vacuumed up.
