I rescheduled for two weeks later. canceled again. After I got upset he said he was coming in the afternoon and never showed up. He constantly blames Samantha for his scheduling. Then he came the next day and seemed very off. He was in and out of his car 20 times and left 4 different times. At 5 o'clock he told me it was not going to be finished. I was very frustrated and told him I want my money back. Then later that night I offered to give him a chance to finish the job the next day. He told me he would be there at noon. Once again, no call no-show canceled at 1 o'clock. He still has my money and did not do the job. I'm still waiting for a refund. it's been four days and he has not answering or returning my calls. Do not give him a deposit. Do not buy a gift card. I don't recommend using this company. This review will come down if he gives me my money back.

How can you pay $32 and not clean the mats or wipe down the door jams or move the mats and vacuum under? The manager came out after the guy washing the car alerted her and she said the mats are not included for $32 but I could pay extra $4 to have them cleaned. I guess $32 for a wash doesn't include a complete wash. I came home and basically had to wipe the entire car again and do the entire inside over. 2 stars might be generous. However if you pay for a basic outside wash only you don't feel as ripped off as you only expect so much.
