After my 17 year old got into two wrecks in a week we called and got him set up with a true instructor. He's driving has approved so much.

First off, I went for my written test. I passed it all good…read more But when I got to the part where I had to take my practice driving text was horrible First off, I was under the impression that I'm driving in my subdivision, not all the way in New Orleans or wherever we were I know it was not my neighborhood at least that's what was on the paper that I signed my name on so that made me uncomfortable and then I'm driving for a full four hours with no brakes so at this point, my legs are falling asleep Just tiring also my driving instructor was very disrupting He was on the phone the whole time wha tapping his feet on the ground And I was practically running errands I don't know don't sound too professional And also, they call at last minute I was on vacation when they called so I had to pay a $50 reschedule fee. I paid that then I showed up to the practice test Not to mention at the end of the practice test, the paper that's supposed to tell me what I did wrong what I need to fix and all of that was just blank Nothing on it then a couple days later they schedule my actual driving test. I show up one minute late and my driving instructor is already gone now they want me to pay $75 Do they really think people are made out of money? Like I paid 550 starting then another 50 Now they want 75 Like common i'm broke I'm just trying to get my drivers license it shouldn't be this hard Very unorganized !! Like can I get a refund at this point please??

There are two people who are outstanding and made our process better. Nyette and Daryl Naquin …read more Nyette was so instrumental in my daughters licensing. Daryl was a kind and gentle yet firm driving instructor. These people are the only people I feel comfortable talking about. The rest of the program needs a facelift and a more friendly customer service environment.

Spring Hill College is a Jesuit Catholic institution that truly challenges you academically,…read morespiritually, and personally. My four years on the Hill shaped not only my education, but also my sense of purpose and independence. When I graduated, I felt empowered with a deeper autonomy and a clearer direction for my life. The small campus and close-knit community foster genuine relationships with faculty and staff who are deeply invested in student success. I always felt safe, supported, and known--not just as a student, but as a person. I owe so much of my professional success, lifelong friendships, and even my family to my time at SHC. The impact of Spring Hill College extends far beyond graduation, and I am forever grateful to be part of the Hill family.

Please message me for more information regarding specific instances of the issues below…read more Spring Hill college lives off of the idea that they care about the mind, body and spirit. That is far from the truth. The students and faculty are severely taken advantage of. This school is all about money, money, money. Money in the pockets of those who run it. I am a student and do not feel as if I've gotten a quality education, especially for the tuition prices. Nothing is updated. The science students have no new technology. There are leaks in the ceilings, constant problems with the A/C, blindsiding, high turnover of staff and so much more. Please, please reconsider attending or allowing your child to attend Spring Hill College. It will be more hassle than it's worth.

I had to switch schools because my mental health got so bad I was trying kill myself everyday. the…read moreonly good part about this school is the shitty water fountain. the teachers are all old a fat, and everybody there is MEAN. not to mention I had 4 things for homework in every subject every day. the teachers are rude ASF. so yeah don't send your kids here. and the other reviews saying it was a good school are either bots or teacher pets because I'm in therapy and my therapist says ore than half of her clients come from this school. (my brutally honest opinion.)

I went here only two years, but those two years actually left lasting scars on my mental health…read morethat I can only now say that I've recovered from five years later. It is not a nurturing environment, it doesn't even try to be one. The only Alumni leaving 4-5 star reviews would be those in the A-class, the 'smart class' who were the only ones the teachers actually put effort into. Seriously. I remember doing the same math problem for an entire year in C-class while A-class children were learning Latin. That was the overall experience. If you're labeled a smart kid, they prepare you for highschool. If not, you will likely spend a good chunk of highschool paying for it. That's only on the value of the school's education. Ethically, this place was questionable as other reviews can attest to. As a child, a legal minor, I was told that I would be condemned to hell if I got an abortion, transitioned to a different gender, or voted Democrat. And that's just what I can recall five years later. That seems awfully religiously (and politically) motivated for a school that isn't officially affiliated with any religion. And this might seem like typical Catholic rhetoric, but we weren't actually taught anything you would actually learn in a religion class, I didn't see a Bible ONCE. We just had moral superiority and religious flavored threats shoved down our throats. After leaving this school I have been told that the incentive behind its founding in the 1963 was desegregation in Louisiana schools. Of course, the school would never admit to that and I'm not old enough to confirm it, but I would believe it after witnessing how many of my non-white or even non-Christian peers were treated. Socially? I witnessed on multiple occasions bullying and verbal altercations turn physically violent, and teachers never did anything to deescalate the situation or break the kids up. I don't personally know anyone who didn't have some form of social anxiety or awkwardness after leaving this school. The social environment is the human equivalent of broiler chickens pecking each other's feathers out due to stress. Don't send your children here. There are many better and more nurturing options out there. The public school districts around genuinely aren't bad enough for this to be an option. If an administrator is reading this, please treat these children better. They are kids, blank slates, and you aren't teaching or even encouraging them to be good people.
