I took on the task of monitoring traffic but Netzer and William were so patient. Everything was moved and the crew helped me decide on the correct arrangement for the bedroom. They even had to break the bed back down to move it to the correct position. When they left they made sure everything was where we wanted it, they cleaned up after themselves and were so pleasant to be around. The cost for Eco Movers services was much cheaper than the competition I called first. Another company wanted to charge a truck fee even though the truck wasn't used and they had a four minimum. Eco Movers has a one hour minimum. No truck fee and delightful employees. I definitely would call them again for a future move.

He and his team did a fabulous job moving the items and organizing at the new facility! They created a pathway so I can reach all the items! They then said they were going to start at 7 PM that evening, and they didn't show. They then, showed up at 8 AM, as requested, and did more damage then I can even describe. Please please please don't use this company. As well, they left behind unpacked drawers and all of my antique rugs, which they refused to move because they said they were dirty, which is possible since they're over 200 years old. I ended up doing more work then I should have. I'm only giving them one, because it won't let me move on without it. But I would recommend a zero.

I used this company a few years ago for a move and it went OK. The rate was good and they did a…read moredecent job although I asked their movers to mask because we are immune compromised and one of them removed her mask right in our faces while we were paying which I did not appreciate and was dangerous. This time the crew was 45 minutes late because they went to the wrong address during the first part of the move despite me being very clear, repeatedly, where to go. That was very inconvenient and my mom had to wait around in her car outside a storage unit while I kept having to message to ask what was going on and barely got a response. I received the final invoice and paid it immediately with a nice tip anyway. A couple days later I started getting a bunch of emails from the company saying that I hadn't paid. I sent them a screenshot of the $0 invoice balance and the transaction on my credit card. It had the name of the owner and a transaction ID and their ZIP Code. They continued to message me every few days saying we didn't get your payment, you must've sent it to the wrong place, they even sent me another invoice like they expected me to pay again. I kept telling them to check in on their side and that I didn't know what else to do. I provided ample screenshots showing that I paid and they kept blaming me and trying to bill me again. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company which was painful because I'm disabled and making phone calls hurts me. I didn't know what else to do because this is not a small bill and the company wouldn't stop bothering me. Finally they made a call themselves and immediately sorted it out which they could've done in the first place and then they apologized to me and said yes you did pay right away it was an error on our end. This was a complete waste of time and completely unprofessional. It's not appropriate to harass a customer who paid, who has clear evidence of paying, instead of just doing your due diligence and trying to resolve the issue without making me feel doubted and blamed for days. I can't recommend this company and I'm very angry about the way I was treated. Harassed for something that wasn't my fault at all and that they could've resolved with one quick phone call on their end instead of bothering me when I had just moved and they know I'm disabled. I was sure that it would take longer than the 3 hour minimum, but Sam and Dastan were miraculously able to wrap up the job in 3 hours on the dot. They were up front and transparent about any extra charges (we were charged $150 for the 32 steps up to our flat). And these guys worked HARD with hardly any downtime or breaks. I was floored. You may be able to find a lower hourly rate with other moving companies in the city but I was beyond pleased with their hard work and was happy to pay the rate with how quickly they got the job done. Nothing was broken, including my vintage floor lamp that I was worried about. I would highly recommend this company, they aren't kidding calling themselves the G.O.A.T.

When I called to other movers around i got so many fluctuations in price and time. I called on a Sunday and spoke to John. Very professional and answered all of my questions easily. They are fully insured and bonded. I was nervous asking because I didn't want to be offensive. He said that I should ask such questions. They accommodated me on a crazy short notice. I was looking to move in 3 days. Gave me a decent time window and even called me when they were 45 minutes away. Which was really nice. So my sister didn't have to sit in my apartment with a ton of boxes waiting. Will and Ali both showed up. They nonstop had a smile on their face. Everything I asked was accommodated. Never an angry face. I even asked them to rewrap something and they said of course, with a smile. When we got to the storage facility I expected they would just throw everything in. We move every few years and tend to use the same local moving company every time. Because our…read moreusual company charges for travel to the source and from the destination we thought it would be more cost effective to use Seattle Small Moves because they don't apply these fees. It turns out that they couldn't handle a 850 sq foot townhome move. They were extremely slow moving us and ended up leaving a significant amount of our stuff at our old home. Their truck wasn't tall enough for the items we told them about in our quote. I pointed out several expensive items we cared about and they seemed to ignore my concerns. Our expensive grill, washer and dryer, and Dutch ovens are damaged. They packed a bottle of olive oil with a spigot on its side and it spilled everywhere! The way they packed doesn't make any sense and is causing us to spend way more time sorting through what they did. They left our doors off hinges and left us in a bad state in our new place. In our last move, our usual company moved everything flawlessly and very quickly. They had to deal with a 4 story townhome with narrow halls and doors but they handled it with same crew size for half the price! The workers were friendly, but the overall operation was very disorganized and unprofessional. This crew also didn't seem to have their own water jug... I would not recommend this moving company. We deeply regret not using our usual company.

Evan and Fred moved me into my current place - they were punctual, efficient, super careful with my stuff, thoughtful about where and how they stacked it, and really nice! They are great at navigating weirdo parking situations and city apartment shenanigans - elevators, stairs, whatever. Watching them flip my couch around multiple times to take it out of the door of my old place the best way was watching the pros in action. I believe that their office/wherever the truck comes from is inside of Seattle too, so they charge you less for travel times than other quotes I got.
