They handled everything carefully without me having to hover or stress about my stuff getting wrecked. Nothing felt rushed, but they still moved efficiently and kept things going. Parking at my new place could've been a mess, but they figured it out on the spot without making it a whole ordeal. Just handled it and kept moving. They were also super patient throughout the process and just easy to work with. Good attitudes, good communication, no weird energy which honestly makes a huge difference on a moving day. On time, quality move, and competitively priced. I initially contacted ASAP months ago about our move from Washington to Arizona. The move was barely above the minimum but Desmond treated us like it was a big job. The date changed a few times and Desmond was very accommodating. Always professional, friendly and very helpful. The initial team to move us out arrived about 30 minutes into the 4 hour window. The team was very efficient and professional. Our items arrived 5 days later and the driver arrived within the first hour of the window. Out of all the moves this has never happened to us before. The driver was also very professional, friendly, and efficient. There were no damages to anything - again this has never happened to us before. Also Desmond has a proven record of going above and beyond. We were also shipping a car (not with ASAP) and the car transport never showed up and stopped communicating.
