Flexible, communicative, and does good work quickly at a reasonable price. Great for smaller moves with flexibility. And you might also need to be flexible, as moving is a dynamic business that sometimes requires changes. But the company does try and stretches to make sure they meet commitments in a reasonable timeframe. However, if you have a bigger move or are absolutely not flexible on day/time, then I would look elsewhere (see other reviews where this has caused issues). I'm leaving another review for these guys because I'm seriously beyond impressed. I didn't bother calling any other moving company and immediately scheduled with these guys. Abraham and Josh helped us with our move this time. Both of them were extremely professional with a great attitude. They're also so efficient! They were very thoughtful as well--throughout the move, they asked us exactly how we wanted the layout of our new place to be. They also took great care of all of our items and everything arrived scratch-free. They completed the job so quickly and it made the experience much less stressful. I used to dread moving days a lot more because of all of the unknowns/things out of your control that may come up, but they made the experience seamless! It's always very easy to schedule with David as well. His prices are very fair and he is always pleasant to speak with. He is also extremely transparent with pricing so we knew exactly what to expect. I've called a lot of movers in the past and in my experience, scheduling can sometimes be a hassle. Moving services was provided by this company. I knew initially it was going to be a bad job when one out of the three guys came in yawning. All three men weren't wearing shoe covers to protect the floors. My floors are real hardwood. And when furniture weren't wrapped for protection from debris and scuff marks. It's only "upon request." They never gave an option to "wrap" our items! I was the one who raised my concerns when one of the movers proceeded to move my WHITE chairs! It does not take 5-7 minutes to wrap an item! It took them less than a minute! I have interior and exterior surveillance in my home to prove that. They left scuff marks on my newly painted home. They also left their trash and failed to move a few items. Along with that, I had to contact their dispatch to let them know that their employee may have thrown away my child's shoe at the new residence. FYI, Many moving companies will take the trash that they used to wrap up items but not this company. So I went to go look into the trash that they left, and I found my child's shoe wrapped inside. I wouldn't recommend this moving company due to the fact that they did not pay attention to details and weren't aware of their work. Despite not doing a good job, my partner still gave them a gratuity. Unfortunately, in this business, I guess doing minimal work still requires a tip. Owner responded but failed to mention that the scuff marks the movers left on my newly painted walls. And the missed items during the move! I have 3 minors to look after so I couldn't go through the final walk through with my partner who was also very busy at the moment. Also they could have worn booties while they were preparing the items that had to be wrapped! I seen many people wear booties in my home. While carrying a king size mattress to carrying in a washer and dryer. Lastly, I want to point out that if you're company care so much about the employees safety from slipping and falling due to wearing shoe covers. They should really recommend their employees to get a full nights rest before doing any heavy lifting and performing a task that requires moving customers valuable belongings. Do not have your employee yawning continuously while working, that's not safe. The company sent their employees out unequipped and had to use two rolls of my tape that I plan to use for my other personal boxes that I was packing. It started off as one person asking to use the tape to tape up ONE ITEM. But somehow they managed to use up two entire brand new rolls of tape! You guys charge over $1000 for a few hours. for the move but cannot provide your employees with proper tools and equipment as simple as TAPE! Absolutely phenomenal, I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them to friends and family. We are a family with two littles ones moving from a townhome (tall, narrow, too many stairs), to a house (also tall and too many stairs). We overestimated our own abilities and wasn't as packed as we wanted. But that was not an issue. Grandma's boys showed up on time, energetic, and ready to help. They packed everything up with so much care, and then moved everything out, then in. They asked questions, kept us updated along the way, and checked in to make sure everything was exactly how we needed. We had a difficult move because the new address wasn't as ready (renos not done), the streets of Seattle are narrow and windy with no parking where you need them, and an atmospheric river was in town????? But the Boys kept us motivated, and got things done. Not only were they efficient and good and what they do, they honestly were the kind of people I want to be friends with. I actually enjoyed the chitchatting while moving, and I am an introvert who gets anxious thinking about small talk, haha. I rented out my house, the property mngmt company who found renters told me over Labor Day wknd that I had 2 days to move out of my 4000+ sq/ft house. I panicked at the idea of how I would find any moving company. I called David and burst into tears as I was trying to explain my predicament. David told me he would make this work, AND he DID!! Within 1 day, he pulled crew from various jobs and sent 3 teams. These young men were professional, polite, extremely organized, competent AND they moved my house in 2 days as promised. I was amazed. We used this company because of all of the great reviews. We are incredibly disappointed with their lack of professionalism and communication and would not recommend them to anyone. We moved from Monroe to Lake Stevens. We agreed on two movers, they sent three. Not a huge deal. The movers themselves were lovely. However, they broke our $300 glass table as well as a $900 litter robot. They are offering us $72 off of our $1300 service for these two broken items that cost almost as much as their service. They were also unable to disassemble and move a bed frame that we ended up having to hire a different person to come and move for us. On top of this, in our new home, they left our king mattress propped against a wall covered in their wrapping material and tape. They left a tv covered with their padding as well as a bedside table. They left all of their trash inside of our new home and in our garage. They also did not take the large broken glass table with them. We have tried to come to a resolution with the manager. We have pictures of all broken items, their leftover trash, wrapped TV and table. Their emails to us are using terms like "allegedly", insinuating that their team did not do any of this. We have moved multiple states with all of these items and never had an issue. Incredibly poor customer service, have truly never had such a bad experience with a "professional" company. Do not use unless you don't care about your items being broken and home being filled with trash after your service. Also, never fun to have to argue with an adult manager about what their team did. Take responsibility for your lack of work ethic and professionalism! Can't believe I even have to write this review, but I wouldn't want anyone else to have to experience the same thing. read more

I had to make 7 round trips with multiple other vehicles packed to make this move happen. It was a costly move. I was not expecting 3 more loads with multiple cars after using Grandma's. However, the guys were fun, great personalities, and trustworthy. That right there meant alot to me. This is about my 10th state so Im a pro at unpacking/packing quick 24/7 and decorating. They were trying to keep my cost as low as possible which I truly appreciated but the gas for all the vehicles and the time, I needed more help than I anticipated. That's my fault. Although, if I would have been at the house instead of the apartment my son and I had to move in; the guys would've moved faster with my tunes...just kidding. I would hire these guys again and plan on it when I get out of here, permanently. No, I did not want to show how perfect their truck was. Just laugh at my abilities. read more

TL;DR: Hidden fees, unprofessional movers, and damaged belongings. Avoid at all costs. They advertise "no hidden fees," but that is a complete lie. They charge a "travel fee" by starting the clock from the moment the movers leave their place. In my case, they charged 30 minutes for the trip to my house and another 30 minutes for the return trip--essentially a hidden $140 truck fee (at $140/hr). To make matters worse, the movers were incredibly slow and careless. This move took 5 hours, whereas my previous move with the same amount of items took only 3 hours with a different company. My boxes were returned filthy and damaged, and my furniture was scratched. I will never use this service again and will make sure to warn everyone I know. Total waste of money. read more

One of the best moving experiences I've ever had (and I'm an old geezer!) David and Abraham were amazing, so fast and efficient we just had to get out of their way. They work hourly but were almost running through our house packing up the truck. They took a good amount of time at the beginning talking through the move, getting a complete picture of the work to be done and then they knocked it out. Who needs to reconfirm 3 times since picture text beforehand. Bait and switch on the quote. I have very little stuff moving from two storage units (200 sf) to a 1000 sf apartment 4 minutes away. Since they require a 3 hours minimum I only need two movers and that's what I agreed on with David. On the day of the move, 3 movers showed up. I am ok if they can finish it earlier and waive the 3 hours minimum requirement since they messed up the original arrangement. David said my job needs 5-6 hours with 3 movers which is outrageous! I would try to avoid working with this company at all costs no matter how low their initial quote is. read more

It is hard finding a good mover, especially when managing it remotely. In this case the movers had to work with different people at the pick location, the two drop off locations, and me on the phone. And they had to navigate Snoqualmie Pass in the middle of winter. David and Abraham are genuinely nice guys. Everything went smoothly. They were on time, great communicators, efficient ("they worked so hard, it made me tired watching them"), and patient working with a 92 year old mother and her hearing impaired daughter ("even the service dogs liked them - and they don't like everyone"). I was very worried about getting scammed when picking a moving company. Mostly cause I'd only ever heard horror stories from friends about moving companys. When I tell you that I couldn't have felt more safe with this company I mean it. From the jump David the owner, helped reassure me about my concerns answer all of my questions and was patient with me through the process as I called several times with additional questions/concerns. Then the day of the move came and I couldn't be happier. David himself came to move me and brought Shelton and they were both fantastic friendly fast and very hard workers. They made quick work of the job, checked in with me multiple times to be sure everything was on track as expected and worked tirelessly to get my move done under the estimate I was initially given. They did a particularly great job making efficient use of my storage space and I now have more then enough extra space in there to add more.
