Interesting. Why then does this place look like a Starbucks? Maybe it's just me, but full and total satisfaction are not found in pleather furniture and boring, standardized decor. Inject some character and individuality, and then talk to me about freeing my soul! I just don't really understand- the last thing we need is independent businesses mimicking multinational corporate chains, especially in Brighton, which is fast losing it's face. Beyond my own personal grievances, this cafe does nice food (jacket potatoes, quiches, sandwiches and salads), which is fresh and tasty. It does also have a nice chilled (if manufactured) ambiance and they have occasional gigs and free wifi. Just not the stuff dreams are made of, at least not for me!
