    Crushed rear quarter
    Bill M.

They work for the insurance company NOT you Please read the entire review to understand why the low rating. My beautiful Mercedes hardtop convertible sports car was hit by a drunk that crossed the center median. Along with destroying the rear quarter, the impact was so forceful it broke the driver's seat. First stop was Mercedes. They recommended Coastal adding we do not show a rear quarter in stock anywhere in the United States so it may be some time before your repairs will be complete. Nice folks at Coastal. I explained the damage, that I had worked in a paint/body shop and, if the uniframe was bent, I was going to ask the insurance company to total the car. Additionally, I want to see my car when it is apart. Coastal added that the repair would take some time as only Mercedes was qualified to remove/reinstall my hardtop roof and they were slow. Months previously, Mercedes, under warranty, had replaced my roof for a cost exceeding $10K so I knew a lot about hardtop convertible repair. The new roof had to come from Germany. Several months after I dropped my car off, I get a call 'your car is ready.' The paint match and panel alignment were perfect to the untrained eye but acceptable. Everything looked great. The small paint runs were unacceptable but more, the seat had not been repaired. Got my car back and the alignment was wrong plus the top creaked badly. Back to Coastal and learned they had decided to do the roof remove/reinstall themselves. Off to Mercedes to fix the alignment and roof. Now I go to pickup my car and find the seat has still not been repaired. Another week and I finally get my car back. Reading the final invoice, buried was a four (4) hour charge to straighten the uniframe. My questions went unanswered so I drove my beautiful Mercedes hardtop convertible sports car to the dealer and sold my car at a loss I estimate at $8K-9K. No idea of the actual condition of my uniframe but I am not willing to take the risk. Now it is Mercedes responsibility.

This place is unprofessional and almost made me lose my life ! After having work done at this place they left screws missing under my car that could have caused a fatal accident . Avoid doing business here .

I stopped before closing after my bumper got disconnected before leaving for a long road trip and Travis had it fixed within 15 minutes.

I got the business class detail (about 250) and I was really impressed with how good the car looks after only 3 hours. I called ahead to make sure they wouldn't use an abrasive compound and a rotary buffer like most other detail shops. These guys are the real deal, they clay bar it first, then use a dual action polisher to minimize the wear on the clear coat. If you live on base, they have to minimize their water usage to comply with local rules (at least thats what the detailer told me), so I would recommend dropping it off somewhere outside the gates. I really wish they had a shop where I could just drop off my car and wait, but they're mobile only so you need to set up a time for them to come to you and be flexible with your schedule. My appointment had to be pushed back three hours - I saw this as a good thing: it means they spent longer on the previous job rather than just rushing through it to get to me. To make this a completely honest review, I will also add my very few criticisms: the door jams and exhaust tips were untouched, the windows were hazy and streaky and needed to be redone, and the engine bay is not part of the business class detail. I texted the detailer with pictures of the things I found but received no response. These criticisms would normally knock them down a star or two but the rest of the car looked so good that I'll give them a full 5. I'll definitely call back, but next time I'll check the car over before they leave.

Did not show up for the job.....called and texted to see what was the problem no response back…read more also his price was higher than his add in advertisement
