The owners were acting as both the driver and co-pilot, and their lack of customer service was shocking. During the trip, the co-pilot made a remark that upset one of the passengers. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the owners got into a heated argument with her. The driver actually pulled the van over and told the passenger to get out. She was from out of state, unfamiliar with the area, and clearly vulnerable. Leaving someone stranded over a disagreement is completely unacceptable. In the end, they allowed her to remain on the shuttle, but only after humiliating her by making her sit in the back of the van for the remainder of the trip. Transportation companies should prioritize safety, professionalism, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated none of those qualities. I was appalled by the way this passenger was treated and would never use or recommend this service again.
