Ann is professional, patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, friendly, caring--I can go on and on. Before our first session, my puppy was THE chomping monster. I felt lost and frustrated. But, after one session, I learned so much about communication between myself and my dog and how important it is to understand how dogs learn. Throughout each session, Ann would demonstrate the commands with George then have me perform the same thing with my dog. As she watched, she was able to correct what needed adjusting and explained as she did that. Each and every time, she was able to teach me and my pup new things. My puppy is now a puppy who others compliment on for her good behavior and focus on me. One thing to note is Ann emails handouts that review what she went over in the last session which is super helpful--you have to do the work to see progress with your dog. And Ann provides all the tools necessary to succeed. I would 100% recommend Ann (and George!) for any dog training wants and needs.

What's more, you WILL NOT FIND BETTER PRICING THAN JILLY'S! I called just every groomer in Hillsborough and Pinellas county whose website looked like they might groom cats. Most of them didn't and the groomers that do take cats cost well over $100 JUST for a haircut alone. I don't want to go advertising Jill's rates but I will say, for the quality of work she does, and the relief I have in knowing my cat was in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about his physical and mental wellbeing, I'd pay her $100 for a haircut if that's what it took to have her groom Puddy again. At your meet and greet they'll provide you with a lock box, which makes it super easy since you don't have to worry about leaving the key out or getting the key back once you return. Booking is a breeze- everything is online! You select what kind of service you want and what time slots you need and you're done. You also create a profile with specific instructions for your pet- feeding times, walk schedules, where food is located, etc. I can't recommend Unleashed Tampa Bay or Terry more!

One day, we got a message saying the dogs received all of their medications...we freaked bc we never told them to give our dogs medications! Then they back pedaled and said they did not give our dogs meds, they were confused with other dogs. What?! I also requested the time to be no later than 11:30/12...many times they came at 1pm, a couple times at 1:30. I go to work at 7am so this was a huge problem and I didn't really appreciate being lied to. I felt like they didn't respect me and my love for my dogs. Bad vibes all around. I don't recommend this company at all.
