I went today to get my car washed and instead the brushes and equipment inside the tunnel chipped up the paint on my car!!!! Of course management is stating it's not their fault, of course, and are not taking responsibility! I'm letting everyone know do not go there if you don't want scratches,sticky stuff or chipped paint! Go to Tommy's Car wash you will be better off! I don't want anything from them because I can take care of my own stuff but folk need to be warned before going there and they were nasty about it!!! No they didn't throw paint on my car but their equipment inside needs to be upgraded big time! As much as they charge they don't even clean your car good! Half wipe down and misses visible spots! Went there 8/9/25, the experience was horrible. A redhead man at the entrance of the carwash was so unprofessional and disrespectful that I will never patriotize this business again. I folded my mirror and politely ask the gentleman can he fold my passenger side, he replied" he knows how to do his fucking job, don't tell him how to do his job keep moving ". Went here day before a trip this was my first time. Paid for full service 35.00 ( ouch). Car still had bugs on windshield, had to come home and revacuum both the seats and floor. They never let you know your car is done and they took the receipt out of car, the guys were to busy talking to each other. Won't be going back. read more

I went to get one of their $20 car wash options and first the staff was very rude! And my car wasn't all the way clean, when I brought that to attention the manager told me my car wasn't dirty and she was only going to run it back through to shut me up. I am very unsatisfied with the service and staff. I will not be returning! read more

Frustrating experience with ignorant people. I politely asked for workers to wear a mask because this car will be holding a chemo patient. I just got Covid test results back 5 minutes prior and wanted to make sure my environment stayed healthy against any possible Covid contamination. I was met with refusals. As a business owner, this was a pretty sad experience. They gave me half of my money back for the interior cleaning. I'm mostly sad that stupid and selfish people are out there trying to claim control over their 5-minute experience for a small request when they can't see the big picture that someone's life is on the line. My Labor Day Weekend 8/29/2024 Coastal Car Wash. I requested the best they offered, which cost $35+$5 for special coating. 4 guys was working on the car once it came out. They left crumbs in the cup holder, an empty Poland spring water bottle and one not used Resturant napkin on the back floor. I had to take the vacuum hose and turn it back on to vacuum my own car. I ask the employee how much was i supposed to spend to get the bug remover, he stated the top price which was $35. I spoke to the manager about not receiving the complete service and she said that, I wasn't watching them when they put it on and they don't take out empty water bottle and she wouldn't dare touch any tissue/napkin in anyones car. I replied, that I have four vehicles that i have wash here and I live in the neighborhood so, i always try to support my local businesses first. Maybe I set my expectations too high but, these guys were just rude and mean. They may be cheap but you get what you pay for. If you've never been there and are unfamiliar with their process you better not expect too much assistance without an attitude. There was a customer in front of me who didn't seem to grasp how to order a wash at the kiosk. She struggled, sitting there while cars were backing up and none of the employees bothered to help her. She did finally figure it out. They folded my mirror in without fixing it and I didn't notice it right away. When I got back on the road I could not see out of my side view mirror. That's not safe. I had to pull over to the side of the road and pop it back in its place. They have a good set up and it's pretty much in line with some of the other user-friendly high-tech car washes throughout the U.S. They just don't seem to care about the customers service experience much. There is a place in Milford, Buccaneer Car Wash that has friendly service. They make sure you understand how to use the machines and it's usually a pretty good experience there. read more

Best car wash in town. These guys go out of their way to take care of me. They even held on to a very small emblem that came off in the wash till I returned a week later! Yes I'm a regular but everyone gets the extra mile here. I'll never let anyone else touch my car. $20/month gets me unlimited washes and they mean it. As an Uber/lyft driver I need to keep my car in tip top condition. Thanks guys you rock! read more
