Horrible self serve vacuums, they are VERY small, most are broken, and they have horrible suction. Leaving the vacuums to go into the drive thru car wash is a nightmare when there's also a line from the street, although I had been here much longer multiple cars did not let me merge into the lane to get my car washed. read more

This WAS my favorite car wash between Kent and Sussex, their Ceramic Coating was one of the best I've seen, and I grew up living near my uncles very prestigious car wash in Newark, NJ. Then today, paid for the Ceramic service, but the sign never lite up, and when I observed the nozzles nothing came out. When I asked the workers they gave dumb lies like Im an idiot! Im also an Auto Technician, I think I know what mist looks like! Then when the supervisor, only guy with walkie, said he'd speak to manager he never did told me that, "the manager said it was fine and working!" Im not a child, his lie was so obvious. I have been going there for some years now. sad to say I'm leaving for good. My tires and rims are always full of brake dust after car is washed. I go to spray tire shine and nothing but dirt rolling down. So I have a shiny set of dirty rims. Grrrr. The back of my white SUV has dirt everywhere also when I open hatch to get tire shine. Yuck! Automated Carwash should be doing a much better cleaning job than this. Guys that are wiping down car after wash shoul be able to see the brake dust and other dirt left behind after Carwash. read more

I purchased a monthly unlimited pass for my car a couple of weeks ago: Today, asked them to take my car through the wash twice... Lady at the counter asked me "why?" Really.... No REALLY??? How 'bout "because I said so!!!" Or how 'bout "I have an unlimited pass to do so!!!" Either way, you won't have to EVER worry about my car coming back!!! I could have paid my kids to do a better job than this place does. This was my second and last time going here. The first time I tried it they did a half ass job and I wasn't going to go back but figured maybe it was just a super lazy crew. Nope... They all suck. Tried it again today and won't ever go back. The inside of my car was a half ass job with about as much effort as a toddler. My back windows were never wiped down and my kids finger prints are all over them still, rather than throw away some plastic trash my kid left on the seat they slid it under the seat belt latch, barely even touched the console or wiped the doors, have no idea what they consider to be vacuuming. Clearly no one here knows how to clean let alone cares about job security. Next time I'll pay my 9 year old and 6 year old to do a better job than anyone here is capable of . read more

We moved cross country and my car was a disaster. The staff was very nice and the outside of the car looked nice. There were spots missed all over the inside. You could see streaks where they tried to wipe down but didn't pay attention. read more

Well, my vehicle was pretty dirty. I think the last car wash was over four months ago if not more. I wanted it clean inside and out so I went with Race Track. This facility opened in January, 2013 after extensive remodeling of a former facility (see photo of news article). After prep work, I watched her go through the wash cycle, then she was quickly but effectively wiped outside of the wash to add sparkle and shine. When it was all done, she was glowing both inside and out. For $26, the workers did a fantastic job and I was quite pleased. Weeks later after rain and pollen, she is still looking good and the wash was worth every dollar paid! read more

Took my car to be washed. Had a gift certificate. The guys who vacuum did a so-so job. Moved the rugs but didn't clean the sides. The car went through the wash. You would think with all the workers drying the car and cleaning the windows, and tires they would do it right. The inside front windows were still wet. The tires weren't cleaned still dirty. This car wash used to do a great job. Now it's about get em in and out.smh. Gotta go in town to get a better job done read more

I will start off stating that they should not get a single star... but this site wont allow such a rating. I went through this car wash today and was very surprised at the service I received. I informed the service guy that I wanted the inside, windows, tire gloss and was. He informed me that it will cost $26 and I said ok. I paid and proceeded inside to pay. After paying, I stood at the door for a while before walking outside. While standing at the door, I noticed that one of they guys dropped the rag and proceeded to use it to wipe down my truck. I walked outside and proceeded to watch them wipe down my truck. After they waved me over stating that my truck was ready, I got into my truck to pull off. That is when I noticed the MESS! First I noticed that the dash board still had dust on it. I looked around again noticed that all windows and mirrors where blurred, so I got out and asked that they redo the windows. They did and they were still horrible. I said forget it, I will do them the right way when I get home because I was running late. After driving around the building I noticed that the carpet still had sand on it from the beach. I got out and opened the hatch......there was a big blob of sand right in the middle of the hatch. I asked the guy who I paid the $26 about vacuuming and he said I had to ask for it and that I could pull around if I wanted it. I said no and stated....$26 don't get you much of a clean here and that I would not be back. He proceeded to sit and smoke his cigarette. Since they did not care enough to address my complaints and do a processional clean for the $26 I paid, I am not going to worry about telling everyone the truth about their POOR service (lack of). read more

This was about the worst car wash I have ever had. When speaking to to gal who made the purchase i especially asked to have the young man spray to loosen the dirt on the wheels. He only sprayed the license plate on the rear of the vehicle. read more

Upon our first visit, we paid for the $45/month package (because I've never been to a bad car wash). Here's the rest: they didn't vacuum the trunk (of an SUV?!?), they did not wipe the center console, and their vacuuming is horrible. Things were missed that I specifically asked them to clean. I have been a Racetrack customer with a $50 monthly package for several years. Yesterday I am no longer a member! The owner and one of his employees J are rude people. I get along with all the employees and hated to leave but the owner gave me no choice. Great job and washing my car. I always get the interior done but like a certain employee. I was told yesterday that I couldn't always have that employee. I understood that but that employee was busy so I asked for him. I was told NO. Asked to speak to the owner who is just as much of an A*" as J. Told me I couldn't get what I wanted all the time. Compared it to "cooking hamburgers at a restaurant get a certain cook!" He told me I could cancel my membership. So I did! In these times of struggling business $50 a month should be making customers happy. Not the case here! So goodbye to my employee friends. I normally use their self serve wash to wash my car. It seems to be the better if to ones town ( soap always works and the bays are clean) Was washing and one of the employees started talking to me about my car. I might have been alittle rude, I just wanted to be left alone. He told me that he would wash my car for free but I had to give it a chance. So half covered in soap, I drove around to the other side. I was not prepared for what I was in for. All I could think of was how bad this could be for this man to challenge me to try the wash. I was very wrong. My car was vacuumed, even under the floor mats, and then taken into the wash. All the different soaps and brushes actually work, which doesn't seem to be the case at other places. All in all, it took about 10 minutes and my car was clean. I signed up for there wash club and now I go as much as I want. read more

By far, the BEST $24 car wash I've ever gotten! My car looks like it has been detailed. These guys are awesome, from cleaning inside my door jams, vacuuming, shining up my chrome wheels, and the guy at the end going the extra mile and scrubbing some dirt off of my hood because it wouldn't come off. I really wanted to give them "NO Stars" but since you have to give at least one that is what I gave even though it's not deserving. My husband took his truck here to be washed. While drying the car off an employee stepped on the running board and broke one of the brackets off. My husband immediately heard it and went over to his truck. The employee got his manager/supervisor that was on duty. A vehicle/equipment damage incident report was filed. The manager explained to me the process of submitting it to their insurance. He called on Monday (yesterday) and was told that it was an after factory part and that the insurance wouldn't cover it. This is unacceptable on so many levels!!!! One being I don't care if it's after factory or factory your employee broke this piece. Secondly how doe you know it's after factory or not?? So to make a long story short they are not taking responsibility, so I would not advise using this establishment. I don't even believe the report was filed to the insurance because I was told the insurance company would contact me. When my husband called back on Monday the manager mentioned taking money out of the drawer. No file to your insurance and fix what you broke. read more

I paid 20.00 for a car wash and don't mind the price if I got what i paid for. Console was still dirty never touched. Door frames were smeared with dirt. Doors were still dirty. I had to come home and finish cleaning it !!!! I don't have time for this so I will be cleaning my car myself from now on. read more

This was my first visit to this carwash. I signed up for the $45.00 monthly unlimited wash program. I arrived to a friendly and plentiful staff. When my vehicle came out of the wash - the driver's side rear quarter panel/bumper had been pulled out during the wash process. The manager (Tyler) was very friendly and offered to show me the tapes of the before and after wash which revealed no damage upon entrance to the wash. Also a technician sprayed that quarter and proceeded as normal. Tyler told me that if there was noticeable damage the tech would raise his hand and point (for the camera) which he did not. Tyler filled out an incident report and said he would speak to the owner. I received a call from Tyler four days later stating that there was a line showing on the camera (which he thinks might be damage)... Nothing has changed from the original tape so I asked to remove me from the monthly plan. I done here... I also was not impressed with the cleaning. Tires had some white residue (liquid) on them after wash. Mats not cleaned well either. read more
