Be aware be very aware! I was a new patient in March of 2025 and was looking to establish a relationship with a trustworthy chiropractor. Since I was from out state and moved down to Florida I looked for someone that could help me if necessary... I never had a bad back just needed a stretch every few months as I did in my past location in Ohio . Well I felt great before I entered this office ... Dr Diflippio examined me and said I needed 6 sessions... well at the 3rd adjustment he hurt me ... I figured it will heal so I went back to tell him he hurt me and he promised to fix whatever went wrong so he did it again , hurt me even worse and then became arrogant after knowing he was wrong by trying to adjust me after injuring me . The problem I have which made me realize it was about money is when I entered the office after my 2nd adjustment before he injured me to tell him I felt great and no longer needed extra adjustments and he anxiously responded that " we have work to do " ! I told him I felt great and he disagreed and I stupidly listened to him and allowed him to adjust me over an injury he had already caused me . I realized it wasn't about me it was about the $$$$ he would have lost 3 more sessions out of me . He never once checked up on me just wanted to send me to pain management. I did my research and saw he had like 2 good reviews at the time so I thought I was in good hands . Before seeing him I was active and an athletic ... after seeing him and injuring me I have been through hell.... It's been a year of PT, neurological problems, pain management. Every week I spend time in a MD office . What upsets me the most is I felt great and ask him not to adjust me... I knew my body ... but he insisted because it was about the money ! I would NEVER recommend Dr. Diflippis ... I have spoken to others who claim he can be very arrogant at times which as I mentioned i witnessed firsthand. My life has changed drastically since he hurt me ... I was extremely active and in great shape and now I'm lucky if I can get dressed without help. My days are shorter because of the pain . This guy cost me so far thousands of dollars in doctor bills and over a year of my life in pain . Changed my life and not for the best ! Some may feel otherwise... I guess they dodged the bullet with this guy ... my recommendation is stay to far away from this place especially him . read more

I first visited Dr. St. Laurent, of Coastal Chiropractic, after an extended period of discomfort surrounding my left sacroiliac joint. In a very short period of time, he was able to eliminate my S-I joint discomfort, as well as address any and all additional concerns I have presented during our visits. I am quite impressed with his perceptiveness: He carefully listens to his patient, provides solid advice and takes the time to explain what exactly is "going on" with each issue. His ability to listen to my concerns, "in laymen's terms" and provide immediate and lasting relief has been very much appreciated. I moved from NY and was worried about finding a chiropractic doctor that I could feel comfortable with. I was with my doctor since the '80s. Coastal Chiropractic office came very close to my NY doctor. I am trusting my doctor more and more with each visit. They have a friendly staff and doctors. Dr. Adam has kept me from having pain-any where! Plus keeping me away from Surgeons who just want to cut me some where and put me back together with much pain, money and doing nothing! I was one of those people afraid of going to a chiropractor--until I fell down a single stair and was laid-up in bed for four weeks. PT referred me to Dr. DeFilippis and FINALLY, after two sessions--relief. After going the traditional route (meds, PT, etc.); I can finally sit for more than 15 minutes and do my job. CAUTION! The office in Englewood does NOT require masks! I walked in for my first appointment at the Englewood office and questioned why no mask requirement and was told that the doctor "has been tested and has the the antibodies so he doesn't need to wear a mask". I asked the receptionist (well under 65!) why she's not wearing a mask and she said she doesn't need to. I immediately cancelled my appointment and walked out. They apparently care more about making money than the health of their patients. read more

My wife and I have had back problems for years and have found Chiropractic adjustments very helpful. Since moving to Florida several years ago we found Dr Corey at Coastal to be fabulous.. So far so good! I'd been battling vertigo for about a week. It was my first time with vertigo and my first chiropractic treatment for a particular ailment. The office is in Englewood now and he got me right in on the day I called. He reviewed my history as well as current condition, sent me out for supporting X-rays and then squeezed me right back in to see him for treatment. I asked him to review and explain the xrays - he did and then he gave me my first adjustment. Can't say I like that crack snap pop but I'm hopeful now. He did accept my insurance too. Medical dr was more costly and they prescribed medication and Tests. I went traditional route first. read more
