After a few years I decided I could return and was told I would have to start over as a new patient and couldn't get in for EIGHT MONTHS. I resigned myself to the fact that I would have to make the appointment and wait although I was in extreme pain. After waiting the required time and within a week of my appointment I received a phone call telling me that "the doctor wouldn't be in on the day of my appointment" and that I would have to wait an additional THREE MONTHS to see a doctor unless I wanted to see a PA...but that was TWO MORE MONTHS! I accepted the appointment with the PA as I was desperate to get in, but after reflecting on it decided that this was not the kind of care I was looking for. I feel that maybe they could have titrated their appointments out so that people who had been waiting so long to get in wouldn't have to wait so much longer. I cancelled the appointment and after a year now of waiting I am moving on to another practice. Put this practice on your back burner.

Julie was a sweetie and there was one loon at the front desk who had to be someone's spouse. She was out of control nasty. There were also nice, normal receptionists over the time spent there. I can't say that treatments over a three year period ever helped me. I think immunotherapy one part science, one part quackery. I have tried everything short of moving to Siberia. I think doctors should at the least prescribe something for pain if they cannot help people. On a scale of one to ten I am at an eleven at the moment. I find Doctors are a waste of time generally with the exception of Orthopedists if you break a bone. I hope you have better luck.

So I went to this walk-in clinic and I was told that they would only give me a referral if I self paid and did not use my insurance. Of course I did not do that. They take my insurance and without using it there is no protection by a contract on pricing And why would I pay hundreds of dollars when I should only have a co-pay. I only needed a referral.
