(This is on 17 South bound in a 4 unit building and hard to see if you go too fast. So look for it. If you pass it, go back and look for the parking lot before the shop. I start calling on Monday and either get "Alex? He be back in 30 minutes." "Alex? He not here. Call tomorrow." Or no one picks up the phone at all. By the following Wednesday, fed up with obvious BS and lack of communication, I finally get in touch with one of the two women who work in this wireless repair shop/bodega/botanica/illegal call center and she tells me, "Alex? he be back in trenta (30) minutes." I arrive then. No one (pretended to) speak English and then proceeded to correct my Spanish, rather than answer me. "Alex no here. Ju come back manana." She told me. I said, "Reparar or no reparar, da me" (repaired or not repaired, give me my tablet back) They took their sweet time and finally found it exactly where Alex had left it when I dropped it off fiove days ago. I got it back and left. What a sh*thole, full of sh*tty people. And God only knows what's going on in the back of this place, but I bet it's not legal. Go somewhere, anywhere, else.
