Installed the flooring and eights months later, the planks began to cup. Took pics, contacted the manufacture. They sent out a rep. to inspect. Claim results stated not a manufacture issue. Went back to the issuing store, showed pics again to them, file a claim with the store itself. Later finding out the employee that sold the product was fired. Now the store will not stand by my problem because they can't contact the fired employee.
