I went a few times, and didn't find exactly what I was looking for, I would much rather have zero furniture than not what I wanted. I went about three weeks ago to the avenues location, and it was helped by Iz. She walked around the store and pointed out things that she thought I would enjoy, that, met, what I was looking for, with zero pressure. I found exactly what I wanted within 30 minutes of walking in and about 30 minutes later I walked out a very satisfied customer. Knowing that within 2 to 3 weeks, my sofa and loveseat would be gently placed in my living room. I think this store has everything from the eclectic buyer, to the eccentric buyer, to the every day norm buyer. I'm very happy that I found exactly what I wanted, and a price point that made sense to me, and was able to be delivered effortlessly on my part. I highly recommend furniture source, and I recommend Iz even more. I was without living room furniture for about five months, because I could not find what I wanted, imagine going that long and then within 30 minutes of walking in having exactly what you want! I made it clear up front that I'd be financing so she quoted me a Labor Day sale price of about $2600 then proceeded to help me apply for a financing quote. I get to the financing guy he helps me fill out the form and ignores her quote and tried to tell me it was $3400 or so. I then tell him what she quoted me. He then drops it to $3100 and says the quote she gave me was their cash price. Not to mention his breath was really hot. I told him again, that it wasn't a cash price she gave me, because she was well aware up front that I'd be financing. This whole thing where once you sit at a desk the price shoots up is so scammy. I expect this kind of deceptive behavior from car salesmen, but furniture salesmen or finance associates, absolutely not. I walked out and will not be getting the bed sadly. So I messaged their social media in one last attempt to maybe get a manager to give me the bed for the original price I was quoted. And they read my message and ignored it. Their customer service clearly isn't a priority. Except Miranda she was amazing. I'll also be watching my credit closely in case of any spiteful retaliation. That's literally how unethical I feel things could get and don't trust businesses that operate this way.

We noticed a slight defect on one of the chairs; Without questions, Kim quickly arranged a replacement. I am a demanding customer and Kim and Florida Backyard exceeded our expectations. I attended Liberty's first plant bingo event this weekend and I was so impressed. It was my first…read moretime there, and the nursery was lovely and had a wonderful selection of plants. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The bingo event was executed flawlessly, I was so amazed it was their first time hosting an event like that! The prizes were all gorgeous plants I would have picked out myself, and when two guests called bingo at the same time the staff graciously produced another plant of the same variety for the second winner. I missed the name of the woman calling numbers, but she was a great host and kept us laughing the whole time. After a competitive hour and a half of bingo, we were invited to shop the nursery at a 10% discount and ask any plant related questions we had. Matt, Mia, and Paul were all eager to share their knowledge, and I'll be back another day to meet Bailey, who was cited as knowledgeable about natives.
