One star is too much. During our initial interactions with this company, customer service was good. We contracted with them to build custom closets for our new home.We gave them a $6,000 deposit in August. When the builder gave them a head's up that they could start the project in December, they had plenty of time to order the materials. They did not start when they said they were going to start(found out later they did not have the materials) and did not finish in the 3 day time period they told us it would take. It took them 15 days from start to finish. Their crew complained to us about having to work New Year's week because they were supposed to be off. They had to work that week because Charley had promised us he was going to start two weeks prior and did not. Charley Bell set the expectations of the work schedule, and when he did not meet his time frame, he would not answer calls or emails. The workmanship was par at best. We had to call them back to replace most of the small shelves in the shoe rack because of chips and splits due to sloppy sawing, some of the shelves have chips, and they didn't wipe anything down after installation. We had to call him back to hang the valet rods and he didn't show up for another week, but in the meantime,called us twice to tell us that because installation was finished, our account was past due. Not a good experience with this company. Did not do what they said they were going to do. They were late, the workmanship not great, and customer service worse. read more
