Daily spam calls. Ignores do not call lists. Blocked and still calls different numbers with fake names. Google " Coastal Debt Resolve "Calls" " and you will find tons and tons of complaints about this company. The response is always the generic "No we dont", "We dont have any records of calling your number", or "we have updated our system and placed you on the do not call list". But yet, "Coastal Debt Resolve" is calling multiple times the very next day. Day after day. Hour after hour. I dont even have any debt! They just look for public information about small businesses/LLC's and think harassing people will earn them business. The amount of generic 5 star reviews everywhere, which just so happens to drown out the recent 50+ negative reviews, is suspicious to say the least. Its a scam of a company that uses pressure/harassment tactics to take your money. Look at the countless negative reviews! Not just the most recent generic 5 out of 5 stars! Most of them are about calls, but the others are about people getting scammed out of their money! Those suddenly get buried like they happened to have a surge in positive reviews. People are losing not only money, but are forced to close their businesses because of this absolute theiving scam. read more

Do not work with them, its a scam and like everyone one else says their good reviews just comes from their friends and family..if you reading this then i am sure you are hurting because of those MCA loans and you believe these people might help you, ofcourse they have excellent salespeople. They will show you a dream that everything is going to be fine and you will be back on your feet in a matter of few months etc all you have to do is join their "program" and you will be paying so less from what you are paying now, you will have lawyers all over the country, they have excellent people who negotiate etc and they will be supportive all the time and you will have a paralegal assisting you at all times.. well i fell in this trap and lost $48,000. Initially they will tell you to keep making monthly payments to them rather than the MCA people and they will give you legal assistance and build up funds to negotiate..no they are building funds for themselves.. i wish i had paid these $48,000 to my MCA lenders and negotiated myself but i wasted it with them..months went by and they dint do anything except calling me every monday and asking for payment.. yes i missed few payments, well if i had the money why would i join this so called "program", also they love to use the word program. In 8-9 months they changed 3-4 paralegals and upon asking why did they got changed, they just said they got promoted, really they all became lawyers now lol..all they do is ask for money they wont update you with any case details, infact i have all the emails in which i used to tell them this and this has happened in my case, then they would check the website and say we will get back with an answer but never did. Then came a time that my business crashed and i couldn't make payments to them, i asked for help after they keep torturing you that if you do not make a payment they will cancel you, ofcourse they make you sign all those documents but at that time they make you feel that they are your best friend and will help you so you continue..they told me they will put my payments for hold for a month and then i can continue once i am able to save some money, ofcourse it was on a recorded call from them but then their agent said no they never said that and it might be a misunderstanding, if you will ask them for the call recording then ofcourse you know what they will say NO.. they will keep telling you that the payments you are making is in a escrow that you control but no they control it.. they will tell you that you are making payments so they can negotiate but after months of nothing happening, they refusing to help me.. there was $1100 left in the escrow, they made sure they even took that money away and then cancel me..after sending them multiple emails that what happened to the &1100 i got no reply, they took $48,000 from me and would not refund a single penny..if i would have been smart enough i would just pay the MCA people regarding than this company..they took all this money for what? What did they do? Yes i am trying to get legal help but its taking a little time as they make you sign a lot of pages to cover themselves and wont even give you time to read.. on a phone call they will tell you next next next and you dreaming that you will be out of your troubles very soon will happily fight it but i will fight for my hard earned money...i have all the emails from months and voicemails about payments, now whoever will reply to this.. as per their casual routine they will say.. we dont have a case with your name, you dint complete the program or some bs.. if you have made it so far, please do not use them.. the MCA debt collectors are nicer than these people.. i lost a lot of money for nothing, they just have good sales people. read more

I run a small plumbing busness in the Bay Area and had a few high interest loans and needed some help to settle the loans and restructure the payments to be more affordable and avoid stacking a additional loan .. I contacted. Coastal debt resolve and their representative assured me the company had experience helping contractors like myself ,, He also assured me I could contact him at any time in the future if I wanted to chat about my case .Sounded great ,,I signed a contract and started a payment plan of over 5000 a month and they did settle a loan for less than the original amount ..Cool but after contacting customer service I asked for a report on my account and was told to look it up myself on a link to a website that did not list my payments over70000 and the balance about 25000left to negotiate and the 12000paid Tony creditor ,, that left over 30000 paid in fees and lawyers according to to their manager which is the" standard "charge along with more fees to come if I continue on ,, So this company is unethical as they never told me about their "standard fees "and maybe I should have hired a small busness attorney and had that lawyer handle the negotiations and be confident I wasn't being taken advantages of while I tried to work out a solution to get out of debt ,, I am waning anyone out there to avoid hiring this company if you would want to avoid problems like my one ,, Craig the first representative from their company did not answer my calls he ghosted me,, customer service a big zero ,, read more

They keep calling me fron different numbers so I can't even block their stupid calls. They don't leave voicemails, they just call endlessly. I so not have outstanding debt and I really want these people to stop wasting my time. Absolute Thieves. They know going into it that they are not going to have to fulfill and that small businesses will be out of business before there is any need to fulfill. They took $29875 from me and I repeatedly told them that they needed to start negotiations with United First and then with Fundworks but instead they allowed me to have to change accounts and processors multiple times and kept saying they needed more money before they would start. I picked up the phone and talked to United First and resolved that one quickly. Fundworks I have had to communicate with attorneys because it is already with them to take me to court. Coastal Debt Resolve does this every day with small businesses and does nothing but destroy people and businesses. They get sued but magically the lawsuit is withdrawn!!!...hmmm...pretty obvious...I wonder how much they pay the attorney that took that case against them??? I am sure they pay that person back what they took and most likely more so that person can pay the attorney to withdraw the case. Dirty from beginning to end and unfortunately no one will do anything because we are in a situation and need the money so just take it and run. I contracted services from this group back in January 2024. The sales person made the process to settle our debts relatively simple and presented the group as being lawyers and legal professionals. I signed up and began the process and to say it has been chaotic is an understatement. I asked for a detailed step-by-step accounting of what I needed to do to protect myself from liens and the rep I spoke to assured me if I followed her advice, we would be protected. Within days, we had a lien that froze all of our money coming out from our largest delivery application. The same rep assured me she simply had to write a letter to get it lifted. Days, then weeks went by- nothing. She kept saying she was writing the letter, but never did. At this point, the delivery application was holding over $10k of ours and all I got was the runaround from Coastal Debt. When I finally spoke to a supervisor, it turns out the rep was just a paralegal and advised me things that were completely untrue. Once the lien is there, there is no way to remove it until the debt is settled. The supervisor was flabbergasted at what was told to me, per her reading my account notes, but all she could offer me was to say she would talk to the rep who misguided me- nothing more! At this point, I had lost all faith in their services and wanted to cancel my services. They had me set up an escrow account that I was told was for the purposes of settling debt in a lump sum - when I checked the account, Coastal Debt had drained it of almost all the money I placed in there- almost $10k. I have called numerous times and am still getting the runaround about recovering my money. I feel like I have been scammed. I am now down $25k between the lien and them taking my money. I needed help and they almost put me out of business! I want my money back. read more
