Dely- Jan 13, 2015. Issues identified the same day; one of which was the swivel rocker did not swivel. Lopsided & inadequately filled cushions & material hanging from the bottom of the sleeper. Repeated calls, e-mails and even several visits - nothing. Charles Harvey does not return calls, e-mails, etc... even after promised. Paid and additional $107.00 to have the chair mechanism on the rocker/recliner changed to swivel. Told 2 week delivery for the part - that was in March - still nothing. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this store - even from the owner. At last visit @ 1 month ago I was told it was good I stopped in - no apologies - no excuse for not returning calls or e-mails. Was assured an update and action -- still nothing Don't know how they stay in business. They take your money & ignore you. It is now @ 6 months later . Don't be fooled! Don't buy furniture from this store, Charles Harvey. BTW - their delivery costs exceeded all others in the So. Jersey area.

We have been waiting for the balance of our furniture, which was all to be delivered by July. We have called and emailed 17 times, and David, the owner, has ghosted us since the summer. Not only has our order remained incomplete, but we received 2 items that were damaged. We are now waiting for the second "repair technician" to come to fix a brand new dresser. The drawers will not open, and the first tech that was sent out told us that he will let Surroundings know that the piece is defective, and should be returned. i could continue, but the point is that we now realize why they only accept cash. Surroundings will take your cash and hold you hostage, while not adhering to any timeline, quality assurance, or promises that they provide. BEWARE!

My builder orders a lot of product from them but they would not let him return the flooring for a restocking fee. Corporate in Cherry Hill thought this could be a remedy with the local store but no deal. I would suggest going to Floor and Decor. Their customer service was excellent and the return policy is great.
