absolutely amazing service! they deemed my vacuum unfixable (mice chewed up my wires :( ) and then offered me an amazing deal on a new Shark vacuum! they use a $20 deposit when you drop off a vacuum and they put my deposit towards my new vacuum. i bought the shark i originally had for $400 and they sold me a new shark product for literally $130 ($150 initially but my $20 went towards it). super kind and friendly workers as well. read more

I bought my Sirena vacuum here a couple years ago... they were so helpful and knew everything about the machines. I love my vacuum and all the help I received here during my purchase. Great place to shop! ........Sooo when I found myself needing a new sewing machine.... I knew exactly where to go... I called them and even tho it was their closing time they still took the time to answer my questions and tell me exactly what machine was in my budget and would do exactly what I asked for. I researched online and saw all the reviews and demonstrations.... I was really impressed... its a beautiful machine and would certainly do what I needed. However I did not consider my own limitations... I cannot open a water bottle without help ... my grandkids open them for me.... so with my limitations in mind they recommended another one that will allow me to sew all those things and do it easily ... the first machine was a Baby Lock Zeal... very nice ... the one I chose is the Janome 3160 QDC... and I could not be happier!! I was shopping for a vacuum cleaner not made in China and of good quality. John Dollard was a gem of knowledge and fun to speak with. He gave me one model, made in Germany to take home for the weekend. It was good but there were some points I wasn't quite happy with. Very friendly family owned business. Repair person actually fixed more on my vacuum that what've charged for. He also recommended a Riccard (spelling) machine versus the Oreck that I brought in for repair. Not many vacuum repair shops left like this. Wow night and day from the place I took my vacuum before ! The place in northfield on tilton road did a horrible job and were so rude ! But at dollars repair they where so nice and let me tell u my dyson vacuum is like brand new ! Dog Oder gone and spotless inside .. Tom, John and Christina helped me to navigate my Dyson Warranty and I did not have to pay extra for the replacement parts. I had a problem with an old Dryson and decided to bring it in for repair. The technician told me it wasn't really broken and just needed some good cleaning. The latch to hold the waste container wasn't working properly. Also it was time for new belts. So, instead of fixing it I opted to purchase a new vacuum (without my wife!) Joe showed me a very nice Sebo canister so since we never had one I decided to purchase it. However, lo and behold my wife HATES canisters (who knew) so Joe allowed us to return it and we purchased the SEBO FELIX upright that can also convert to a canister. We are very happy with this vacuum and it's well made and a quality product. Joe was very nice and through in showing us the different vacuums. He actually SHOWED my wife every upright vacuum he had in the store... all with a smile. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a higher quality vacuum and the peace of mind to know that great service also stands behind it.
