A final walkthrough has not been performed. When they finished construction, one of the partners went through our neighbor's yard to jump the fence and find me in the backyard. I knew they were coming by that same day of completion to collect but never furnished a time. My comments about the quality of the workmanship to one of the partners were ignored.

He didn't show up when he said he would and then would only work for a limited time when he did come. He left a gate without a latch so it was effectively open. After repeated messages, and several days later--he finally came back to address many issues..or so I thought. He only put the latch on the gate. He didn't nail any of the pickets to the bottom 2x4 runner board or fix the other issues. There are also random nails sticking straight out of my fence. He ran out of short nails and started using longer ones and they look horrible. The bottom edge of the fence isn't straight because the pickets were cut at different lengths. My husband has literally had to go behind him and finish the job for him.
